Very unprofessional, kept changing the day that my car would be done. Owner kept giving me the run around. Ended up taking my car without it even being fixed after they had my car for MONTHS!! Will never use them again or recommend them!!

I took my 2016 Chrysler there for a cylinder misfire, came out with 4 guys tampered my car, I told them to back off, broke electrical wires, and stole pieces, went to the store for 4 spark plugs, came back with 2 and sent me to get the other 2 in my car that they never fixed, overall I had to take it to a whole different shop for them to tell me they didn’t put the cylinders in properly, stole my heat sheith shield cover, biggest immigration vehicle scam ever ! Literally a black market kidney transplant for vehicles !

Brought my car in for repairs and it became a nightmare. Always a new problem and a new price every time I spoke with him. Tried to sell me one of the many car he has on his lot pure junk. Would not recommend this place anyone.

Don’t take your vehicle to this shop. Abdul ripped me off never fixed my car had to take somewhere else and spent double money for the damage he caused. Abdul is not a good mechanic they should be out of business

Came in to get my bumper repainted. Was told to drop vehicle off Wednesday, and it would be done Thursday. Show up Wednesday morning, they’re closed unexpectedly. Alright, no big deal, things happen. Call later that day (when they’re closed) and someone answers, and I’m told I can drop it off Thursday morning. I show up this morning at 8:50 (store hours listed online and on the door the shop as 8am - 6pm), place is completely dark, nobody inside and doors locked. Highly unprofessional.

Abdul is a great guy and this is a great and reliable auto shop! Abdul saw me when my car broke down in traffic and even though he had his family with him he turned around and came to help me! He really saved the day by being able to get my car out of traffic, having it towed to Absolute Auto and fixing it within 1 day! I couldn't be more grateful for him and his kindness that day! In the past I've had work done on my vehicle. I wasn't satisfied. I rolled out of there after paying and had to go right back. The problem I was having was unresolved by their mechanic which took 17 days to fix. He was fired the next day. The owner had to fix my vehicle personally. Since my experience the rest of the staff have been fired. I just recently went back to have some minor work done. All new team. Really nice guys who know what they're doing. I am 💯 percent satisfied. Hopefully won't have to, but incase I do, I'll be going back to repair my car. Ask for Aaneece or Justice. Experienced mechanics.

One of the best places in Boone county if you were people's person people. If you're a people's person and you know how to relate to people go there and they will take care of you like they did me. Great staff, great owner Abdullah. People try to talk dirt about him because he's not white and he owns a business where a lot of young people like to go to. It's because he knows how to talk to them. I was there and observed it myself. What a bunch of great people there. I'm serious. And they know their job. Thay know cars

The Worse experience I could have had! After a small accident, which caused minimal damage to my vehicle, the owner of the shop overheard me talking to my insurance company. He advised me that he works on foreign vehicles and told me he'd get everything done in no time. This appears at the time to be a good idea, being it would eliminate me having to travel all the way to Syracuse to the dealer. Long story short, after having my pristine for nearly 5 months, I received my vehicle back in WORSE condition than when I'd originally taken it there. My trunk is broke, rear sensors inoperable, airbags never replaced though Geico paid for everything. There are disgusting greasy hand prints on my interior. My rear seat belts are locked. They tole all the tools to my spear tire, left 3 bolts out from my engine, caused an oil leak, and had paint running down the side to the extent I could see the material underneath. Tape on my widows from the paint job, and these are still not all of the issues that they caused and / or still exist. After speaking to people around town, I was informed that he is known for his shady work, and this is no surprise. He put broken parts on my vehicle to the extent he seems to want me to harm myself and my family.
