This place did an amazing job with our car. We had a gas leak going and couldn’t get into any places at the time. Everyone being booked and holiday. I called this place spoke to a Jaime and a Tony. I told them what was going on and we needed it fixed right away. They were booked out as well but said if I wanted to bring it in still I could and they would look at it in between cancellations. We did just that! And that same day they told us the problem (gas tank completely split) ordered the part and got our car fixed a couple days later. The most easy going interaction ever! We will definitely be using them again and recommend them all time!! Thank you!

The customer service here is outstanding! The owner Tony found the lowest price for me and squeezed me into his very packed schedule to get my car to me as fast as possible. Being a single mom first time having to get my car fixed by myself I was anxious and Tony put me at ease very trustworthy and kind. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

They made my car look amazing again after an accident, and they cleaned my interior while they had it. It's like a brand new car it looks so good. My mechanic was a little hard to get a hold of and it took a little longer because of a part not being in stock, but they worked hard to get it fast so I could get my car back. They were very easy to work with, worked with my insurance and the rental company to make sure everything went smooth.

Wish i could give them more than 5 stars! A friend recommended them to me after I hit a deer. I don't live in town so it was about a 45 min drive for me one way to get to AC, but it was 100% worth it and I would do it again should I ever need work done in the future. They were friendly, extremely reasonably priced, did all the work with my insurance with no problem, and even did an extra piece of body work for me at an amazing rate! When I picked up my car today I saw the inside was vacuumed and cleaned as well which was awesome. Thank you guys so much for your wonderful job!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! Simply details the experience with AC Autobody. I was in an accident and got 3 quotes for the repairs. We decided to go with AC and I am so glad we did. I had a prior repair on my vehicle that I was eventually going to fix. While my car was being repaired we mentioned that "fix" to the AC team and they fixed my other issue (door handle). My car looks like NEW. I highly recommended this spot. A+++ and top notch. Thank YOU AC Autobody for doing such an AMAZING job!!

I have been going to AC for years and have always been satisfied with Tony. He has always been fair, efficient, and he treats people with care. This will be my last visit to AC unfortunately. Since Tony is not there it is a new day of unsatisfactory work and in my case misdiagnosing. I took my car in because it was shaking. A mechanic test drove it and the new manager (I assume it’s Tony’s son) told me my tires were bad and he could feel the bumps when he ran his hands over them. I trusted what he said and paid $745 for the premium tires he pitched + an alignment. Less than 24 hours after I picked the car up the shaking was worse. I took it back and this time Tony’s son test drove it and told me it could be the drive shaft or axle. This tells me that the tires were actually NOT the problem and they misdiagnosed the problem or didn’t care to look further than the tires for the problem. Maybe because he really wanted to sell me tires despite my old tires being under a year old. I took it back in and they discovered it is actually both axles that need to be replaced and they quoted me $835 irregardless of the error they made the first time. He had the nerve to tell me he could get down to $800…it is a disappointment! AC has been servicing my cars since I’ve been driving but without Tony…his guidance…compassion…and accountability this shop is going to lose a lot of business!

Absolutely phenomenal service! They helped out with some Autobody work after a tree fell on my SUV. Got me in and fixed it up extremely fast and worked with insurance, making it a super easy process. Even did an addition piece of work for me that I had been meaning to get done and were incredibly reasonably priced. When I picked my car up it was spic and span - such a nice surprise to have had them clean up the interior for me! Everyone was wonderful to work with! They have my business from here on out and will be recommending them to anyone that asks! Top-Notch service!

A few years ago, 5 or so, I brought my vehicle to AC Autobody for a repair due to my mistake. They did a great job, very kind and quick. As a mom I appreciate getting my vehicle back quickly. However over the last few weeks I have called twice, (once on a Friday at 5:15) with concerns about my vehicle and how it was running. Tony Jr. was quick to have me bring it in so he could immediately check it out and make sure it was safe for me to continue to drive until they could get it in to be looked at. Both times he has gone out of his way to make sure that myself and my children are able to drive safely in our vehicle and I cannot thank him enough. Wonderful service, wonderful people! I will always take my vehicles to them and will recommend them to everyone I know!

This is the first and probably last time I'd go here. The paint work to my bumper is great so I commend the body technicians for great work. What I'm not happy about is the person that I was dealing with. I believe his name was Keith. When I originally went there I just wanted an estimate on repairing the damage to my hood and the fender. I wanted to see how much it would cost to just paint the bumper I was going to purchase but Keith kept telling me it would be better to get a factory bumper. He told me they could get a OEM bumper for less than what my insurance company quoted me. I thought I was going to get a great deal and the service of the lady who was setting everything up for me was great so gave them a shot. Turns out that wasn't true. I never got any updates and never even got a quote from them. Only updates I ever got was from me calling myself or from my insurance company. Almost 2 weeks later I ask to just have the painted bumper put in my car and I'd do the final repairs myself. I thought that was doing them a small favor. Who wouldn't want to get paid for doing less work right? Nonetheless, i pay my bill over the phone, again the lady upfront is awesome, and my friend picks up my car for me. We'll I have to have my mom go pick up my old bumper because none of the good parts were taken off and they were thrown in the garage with the old bumper. To top it off the bumper they got me isn't even OEM. It's probably the same thing I was going to order myself, but up charged a $100+ more. Don't get me wrong, I get a company has to make their money and 3 stage paint isn't easy but I'd expect a bit more of an effort from a company that has been around this long to keep their customers updated. A bit off honesty with parts supplied would've been nice too. Moral of my rant, body techs did great work and the lady up front was awesome. Experience wasn't great and I honestly feel like I was ripped off.

AC Auto is awesome. I highly recommend them. They took care of everything for us by communicating with insurance company for us to giving our car back in immaculate condition. They even took the time to detail the inside of the car when they were only doing body work on the front of our vehicle. They went above and beyond. 6 out of 5 Stars from me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
