NO STARS!!! I bought a vehicle from this place , and was assured it had NO problems. The bill of sale says it has a clean title. No more than an hour after purchasing it I started having electrical issues. It had to be towed back; and the battery was replaced. Soon I started having more issues. Over the course of 3 months, it had to be towed back 4 times!!! Not to mention it had major electrical issues. Upon further investigation, not only did it NOT have a clean title; I discovered it was salvaged because it was a flood vehicle; hence the electrical problems. I've tried to work this out with the owners, but they've stopped responding to my texts, and are ignoring my calls. My next steps are the Better Business Bureau and small claims court. I was told they're good Christian people, which is why I readily agreed to do business with them, but this experience tells me otherwise. I'm disappointed with them because I've come here in the past for repairs on my other vehicle. I mentioned how I was looking for another vehicle, but didn't have much to spend, so I wanted something dependable and reliable; which is when they told about the one they were selling. Stay away this place and these people.

I had my 2011 Toyota Tacoma serviced at 290,000. My technician Richie throughly checked out my vehicle. He changed the oil, rotated the tires and topped off the fluids. I recommend Starr’s Auto repair. I have over 290,000 miles on my vehicle and by having it serviced by Starr’s Auto repair I expect at least another 200,000 miles on it.

Very nice place to take your vehicle! Owner was so nice and made sure I was a priority, although I came in , last minute, unexpectedly. My car broke down , two hours away from home and was towed there. It was the alternator. They were clear as to what was to be expected and plan of action, when signing the paperwork. My boyfriend picked it up for me two days later and relayed that they made sure they had gotten the part from a place they don’t usually go through , to ensure it would carry a warranty, in the area, I resided in. That’s spectacular customer service, in my opinion! Kudos to this place! Take your vehicle here! You will not be dissatisfied!
