Brought my Ford 3.7L v6 to JR muffler to have my timing chain and water pump replaced. They were very fair and honest about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I am very pleased with the work done. In addition to that I also got a wheel alignment, oil change and two new mufflers all of which I am very happy with. Honest, knowledgeable and skilled mechanics who will go above and beyond to have your car running great. Good prices and great warranty. Definitely recommend JR muffler for complete auto care. 5 stars.

Best muffler shop in town, they are very affordable compared to next door and all other muffler repair shops around here. They almost change my whole 2005 Camry exhaust for $240 while every other shops are charging $160 to $180 for just a flex pipe. Services are super fast and they even close late on the weekend. Would highly recommend

This place is my go to for anything I can’t do in my at home car rebuilding garage, From all my custom exhaust and piping to coil overs and full suspension rebuilds. They go above and beyond to accomplish literally anything I ask. Very reasonable pricing, and have their own stock of parts. They even helped take out a stripped bolt from a spindle I brought in after hours. This place has showed me more than basic customer service to where I recommend everyone to them and even bought a shirt. I drive 40 minutes to this shop and i tell you it’s worth it.

Had car inspected to see if transmission was going out and to get a price on an oil change. The owner and the usual lady I talk to were not in and had someone covering and charged me another price for the same oil change I had last time! How can prices change that quick? I also never approved the oil change. I ASKED what the prices were and was forced to pay for synthetic oil change for over $100 I also was told they HAD to use synthetic oil. YOU NEVER HAVE to use conventional, synthetic blend or synthetic oil type. It’s personal choice. Yes, my car has over 190k and recommendation to the book is synthetic. Well I have other issues that makes oil get dirty quicker. I wanted conventional cause I would be doing shorter changes and why pay for synthetic. The transmission inspection was a joke. They said they checked my trans fluid level. If they checked it then how come it’s overfilled? I can tell you. Cause I been trying to fix the problem myself. That’s why I finally gave in and asked for to look at it. I got told same information as I was before about it that I already knew. I wanted to know fluid was ok or not cause it’s hard for me to check with no dip stick. Don’t force people and do stuff and come back and then say “oh” I misunderstood you. Sadly when work is done regardless of approval the customer has to pay to get their vehicle. I know what this guy did. It’s end of year and wanted to rack up the income for the year. I went to this shop many times. Hell I was even going to have them work on a project car of mine. After today, I won’t be going back. I was hoping this would work out as my main shop. I come from Milwaukee for them. To add to everything they had some issue with my front lug nuts last time I was there when I never had an issue and had me pay for them and now the cheap cap fell off exposing the bolt to the hub. Yes. It is holding tire on but being exposed it will slowly either seize on which was never an issue or let stuff slow get into places it should causing damage to wheel bearing. I was coming back in to get that as well replaced but “couldn’t” do it I was told when the owner said it was ok which the owner was not there today. I don’t know what joker they had running it today. But enough to loose my business.

The personnel are friendly & responsive, JR's work was prompt but the painting of my car took longer than I'd hope (week & a half). I had to rent a car out-of-pocket & told JR it was becoming more expensive than I'd anticipated due to painting delays. JR let me use their loaner for the last two days, which was good. Once the car was finished, I noticed the new headlight didn't work. We went back to JR & they quickly corrected the connection issue. All is good, though I now need new front wheel bearings. Old cars! 😏
