Took my 2005 astro van here got the transmission rebuild. Went to work in Denver the van was not right took the van back to Accelerate and they looked at my van right away. Found out it was the cats. Now the van runs great and gets 18 miles per gallon when it was only getting 15 on the highway. Very happy with the work done. Accelerate has real techntions. I will always use them as my mechanic. I can not say enough good things about the amazing staff at Accelerate Auto & Transmission. Kind, patient, honest! After being quoted 4500 - 5500 for transmission repair with used parts at another local repair shop, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. In my first phone call with Shane, he lifted a huge weight off my shoulders assuring me they would be happy to assist me and I would not be charged astronomical prices. The next week they made time for my car repair and walked me through the entire process each step at a time. They came across additional repairs and waited to do any extra work before discussing with me first. Unfortunately, my arrangement for payment fell through so I had to come up with another way to pay for the repairs. The entire time Shane was nothing but understanding, patient & kind. My car sat parked in their lot for over a week completely repaired as they waited for me to come get it & never once were impolite. I arrived early to get my car on Monday, & expected to be waiting to be assisted until open at 8am. Shortly after arriving, I was let in before open & promptly taken care of. The staff at Accelerate did exceptional work on my vehicle in an extremely timely manner & charged me $1,400 less for double the work of the other repair shop. Thank you so much to Shane and the rest of the amazing staff! I appreciate you all so much.

My experiences with Accelerate have been extremely positive. The biggest factor for me is that feeling of trust. They are an honest bunch and that means everything to me. They also seem to be a step ahead of other auto services around town. They troubleshoot better, faster, and they cut you a nice break if you have your problem resolved there. Ben is extremely personable and will give you a feeling of confidence in the work they do. These are good people! Love this place.

My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars, because they truly deserve 10. Their quality of work and customer service is beyond reproach. I have a 96 F-250 that was shifting hard into 3rd. I took it to another shop where they gave me the option to service or completely rebuild. I went with the service and immediately developed a leak. The leak got progressively worse and nearly left me stranded in Grandby CO. I took it back to the shop and all they could confirm was that it was in fact leaking and the only option was again was a rebuild, even though the transmission had not leaked until they serviced it. So I took it to accelerate auto and transmission. Right off the back, Ben was excellent. He did tell me the potential of having to rebuild but gave it the old college try anyways. Unfortunately the transmission was fried, likely due to the leak that was caused by the previous service and a rebuild was the only option. They rebuilt my transmission and were reasonable with their pricing ( cheaper than the other shop). They also went above and beyond and fixed an additional underlying issue that also helped in the performance of the truck. My truck runs great and I wasn’t raked over the coals cost wise. Although I never wish transmission issues on anyone, if you have em, definitely bring them to Accelerate Auto and Transmission. They are also very military friendly. Thanks Again Ben!

Accelerate was able to do a repair on my 2001 Subaru that seemingly nobody else in town was able to do. They were quick, communicative and reasonably priced. I also had major work done with them in 2019 and have yet to have issues with any of those repairs. Now that I've "rediscovered" them, I'll definitely be back.

I came to them with a project 1993 GMC Vandura with a shifting problem and many other electrical quirks. They were able to diagnose and quickly find and order the replacement parts, despite them being discontinued. After getting the van back it made a 1,200 mile trip with no issues. The people working here are nothing but professional and extremely competent at what they do. Would recommend to anyone, and would definitely go back.

I did service with them last year after my car (Kia) was stolen. They were probably the 5th shop I called who didn’t beat around the bush about pricing, timing and expectations. Before seeing the car, I was informed by them that I was looking at around $800-$900 to have my ignition system fixed. However after bringing in my car and then inspected it was clear the damages were a lot worse. My whole ignition system needed to be gutted and replaced and new keys needed to be reprogrammed. It took them around 4 days from the time I dropped my car off for them to get the parts and have my car fix. A year and a half later and no issues with my ignition system at all. Even with the extensive damages I paid around $1,050 when other shops quoted me 1,600+ as base pricing which would have been twice as much for the extent of damage. The owner was nice and kind and very knowledgeable on cars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, reliable and trustworthy people to work on your car.

I don’t even know where to begin! We originally took our vehicle to a dealership where a lead mechanic diagnosed it as a water pump issue. After several failed attempts at replacing the water pump, they finally told us we would need to purchase a brand new engine. That’s when we knew we had to get a second opinion. Thankfully, some friends referred us to Acceleration Auto and Transmission, and that’s when everything changed. I was afraid my SUV needed serious transmission drive replacement. As the technician was running diagnostics, found the error code to be the throttle body assembly. That was good news in that several hundred for a throttle body replacement is better than thousands for transmission/AWD assembly. When the tech began the work, he went the extra mile and did some tests before replacement the throttle body assembly and found it to just be some wiring and sensors. In the end, what I feared was thousands of dollars was a few hundred dollars. The staff was friendly and responsive to boot. 5/5 stars, I’ll be coming back for all my vehicle needs!

Needed a new clutch in my car and basically every other place I called was quoting me over $2000 which just was not affordable for me, I saw this place pop up and realized it was pretty close to home so I called and got quoted $1600 which was far better and not only does it run fantastic now but it was done in less than 36 hours. Also Ben was kind enough to warn me about how different this clutch would feel and he was definitely right. All around great, an easy 5 star and thanks again.

Accelerate has my highest recommendation! I chose them because of their good reviews and have not been disappointed. The owner, Ben, is a courteous and engaged professional. Quick to answer the call and provide/feedback options. Scheduling was quick and the work was done in a timely manner. They also offered a reasonable price that was competitive with market price for the service (transfer case rebuild). Ben was happy to talk me through the repair process and stayed engaged throughout the repair process while the truck was in the shop. I was confident throughout the experience that I was being treated fairly and professionally. Their follow-up is great, too - they were happy to answer additional questions on the back end of the service. Ben and his team at Accelerate are my go-to transmission shop!
