I brought my car in to get a tire replacement, after getting a nail in it, but it took uncomfortably long. It was in on a Monday morning Jim was the “manager” taking care of the service but he was trying to talk to my girl more than me. He made her uncomfortable because she noticed his eyes were only looking down at her breasts. Would not come here again because of Jim.

Little bit of wait time but I gotta say the service manager and the tech helping us really busted thier butt to get it done. Made it right for us, even under crazy circumstances with it being a holiday week. I think Goodyear needs to update thier scheduling software or something for these guys, catching hell for something out of thier control. Thank you Ken and Jordan very much for really locking in for us 👍🏻

Ginger is so much help! I WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR HER. Nothing but sweetness and made sure my warranty was being used so a I saved over half of the cost I was originally told. Give stars for 4 stars for the mix up and needed to wait the next day to get her specific help but she was the best sub I’ve ever had. She deserves a raise.

Had to cut a hole in my bed to replace the fuel pump, got charged for 3 labor hours for dropping the tank which they didn't do, also asked them to patch a lil slit on the top of the tank by the pump didn't do that. All they did was remove the old pump and drop in the new one, this place is bs

What a cluster. Brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe into the shop to diagnose a rotten egg smell and get a couple other routine things fixed. I was told that the smell was possibly the catalytic converter, but we could try fixing a sensor to see if that would fix the problem, so we did that, but unfortunately it did not fix the smell. Brought it in the next week to fix the smell and was called by one of the techs saying that the smell was from a gasket leak on the back of the engine and fixing that would solve the issue. Another $900 later and the problem wasn't fixed. When I called and told them that they didn't fix the problem, I was told that tech misread the report and told me the wrong information and it actually was most likely the catalytic converter. After they apologized for the mistake, I was told that I will get a bunch of discounts and everything to fix the actual issue, so I brought it in once again and another $500 later. Finally after everything was "fixed", I had them lock the set of keys in the car (so I could just pick it up when I had time). I got a call from the shop asking me that when I stopped to pick up the car, if I would let them know when I was there because one of the techs locked another person's car keys in my car 🤦♂️ The only redeeming factor about this place was Ginger. She was very helpful and apologetic, but still doesn't make up the fact that I pretty much wasted $2,500 (Keep in mind, this car is worth about $1,000) on this hunk of junk. The egg smell is still present unfortunately..

I LOVE the Good Year location on Academy & San Miguel. I had a 10am appointment for an Alignment and they confirmed everything looks great filled my tires to 35lbs My vehicle was pulling to the right and I left there and my vehicle isn't pulling to the right anymore. Jim and the crew members were very friendly, quick and professional. Plus their Alignment Special is a great money saving service that everyone should have. GOOD YEAR TIRES 8167

I called in for a quote for an oil change and gave them my year, make, and model. I was quoted $65, which included a $20 off coupon. I arrived for my appointment and was quoted $72. When I went to pay, it was $85. I did not feel their quotes were honest at all. was told when I checked in that they would provide an estimate for other recommended services such as spark plug replacement. When I checked out and paid, none of the other service estimates were available. I won't be going back unless other shops aren't available. After getting an oil change, the vehicle was driven on the highway and the hood popped up. I find it very hard to have confidence in the quality of work that is done there.

This review is a shout out to Jordan and the crew at Goodyear. I had an extremely low tire pressure notice come up on my dash as I was driving. I immediately stopped by Goodyear to see if they could do a quick tire pressure check and fill it to get me home. They were booked solid and short a tech, but said yes, to pull the car around. Jordan got the short straw and was pulled off his job to do a quick check. All tires read fine, so he did a quick diagnostics read to see why the code was coming up - nothing showed there either. Despite being super busy, he took the time to then check the TPMS batteries, that is when he found the bad TPMS. I can't thank Jordan and Goodyear enough for taking the time to figure out the issue, even though I was a walk-in with an issue. They never made me feel like I was an added annoyance in their busy day. Thank you so much for continuing to take care of me and my family with all of our vehicles.

Went last weekend due to a tire emergency. Cy Dixon was great at helping me and going over the process to fix my tire. He assured me that it will be about 30 minutes until we would be back on the road. Mike Mitchell sure enough repaired my tire within the time, put air in all my tires, and we were on our way. These guys were very kind, respectful of my personal property in my vehicle, and thorough in the process. Would absolutely go ahead if another tire emergency arises! Thanks, Goodyear, Cy, and Mike!

Ordered my tires online and scheduled the install, crew took 5 hours for 5 new tires, threw away my spare tire and rim, broke tire pressure sensors and did nothing when I brought this to the desk tech. (1 star) Updated because the GM reached out to me and really cared about my experience. Accountability is such an amazing quakity of a front facing customer service type business. This is why managers learn soft skills and understand how to resolve issues. Great guy and would go back even after my experience. A busness that owns and fixes their mistakes, wish the techs were at the same standard (5 stars)

Update: I want to thank Ginger for the stellar follow up with me to address my concerns. I upgraded my rating to 5 stars. These days customer satisfaction is not always at top of mind for some businesses. Appreciate you, Ginger! **************************** I have been going to this location for about 3 years. I have continued to take my Jeep for service because of Ginger and this is a corporate location. The last few times I have gone in for service things are not quite the same. The most recent situation wasmy headlight bulb had unseated itself from the correct position so it looked like I had 1 headlight. I took the Jeep in because I don't have the tools at home to remove any parts. I took it in for experts with tools to reinstall. I'm sure it was unseated with all bumps, dips, and potholes on the roads these days. The bulb that I bought was equivalent to an OEM bulb. So it cost more. The I brought was broken. Things happen. The bulb that was replaced is an inferior product and doesn't look like the OEM quality bulb in the other headlight. I have spent alot money with this location to ensure I keep consistent in who touches my vehicle. Additionally, I understand that margins are tight; however, I would have appreciated a conversation about what bulb would be purchased and give the opportunity to OK the one that purchased as a replacement for the bulb that was broken. I will definitely continue to get oil changes and my tires from this location, but will begin to look for place to take on the more challenging repairs.

I had a disappointing experience when ordering four new tires for my car. When I called the store, the manager was unable to determine the correct tire size based on my car’s make and model, so I had to do the research myself and provided them with the size: 205/65R16. They proceeded 3-4 days to order the tires. However, after installation and just before leaving the store, I noticed that the mechanic had installed the wrong size: 205/55R16. When I brought this issue to the receptionist, I was given two options: 1. Keep the tires that were installed, since they “fit” my car. 2. Have the old tires reinstalled, wait for the correct ones to be ordered, and return on another day. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to come back another day, further wasting my time. This situation reflects a failure on multiple levels: Why didn’t the manager know the correct tire size for my vehicle? Why didn’t the mechanic verify the tire size before installation? Why should I have to return another day just to get a refund for a mistake I didn’t make? This is not the service I am used to from goodyear.

I came in to get my tire repair. I had a nail in my back tire. They claim it was Unrepairable, and the new tire would cost me $316.23 for one tire. I left the store went to discount tire the next day they ordered me a tire incase they could not plug my tire and for the same tire they were going to charge me get this $187.00 that included labor so Goodyear what make your tire so special? Oh, thankfully, discount tire was able to repair my tire that you said couldn't be repaired and for free. You guys are robbing people. I would not recommend going here.

Bought 4 new tires w. warranty for $837.89. In process they damaged a custom rim. When pointed out to the manager she tried to say it was there before! I let her know that was an outright LIE and she needed to repair the fresh damage. It was clearly new and there was no road grime on it. She actually LAUGHED. WOW. The estimated cost to repair the rim is $150. Wish I would've looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website before I went there. LOOK THEM UP! First red flag was that were hardly any cars there doing business. Consider yourself warned!

Huge shout-out to Jordan and Jim at the Goodyear on North Academy Blvd! We had driven down from Northern Colorado to visit our mom, and the night before we noticed one of our new tires was low. We topped it off, but before heading home we checked again and saw it had dropped 5 psi. Not wanting to risk the two-hour drive, we pulled into Goodyear and asked if they could quickly add some air. Jordan not only filled the tire, but when I mentioned it might have a slow leak, he offered—without an appointment—to check it out. He found a screw in the tire and suggested we see if his team could squeeze in a repair. Even though the shop was clearly busy, they made space to take care of us. As we waited, we watched technician after technician helping customers with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Even our dog was welcomed inside to wait with us, which made the experience that much more thoughtful. That same care was extended to us: they didn’t just top off the tire; they made sure we could drive home safely. Thanks to Jordan, Jim, and the whole Goodyear team, we made it back without worry. We are officially lifelong Goodyear customers because of their above-and-beyond service!

Terrible service, went here to get my civic aligned and before anything they inspected my vehicle to make sure the job was able to be completed. They said the job was able to be completed. They then said that they would get me in within the hour. Around an hour later of waiting in the parking lot I received a call saying that my car was too low to get on the lift and that they couldn’t do anything to it. They could’ve told me that from the beginning but they instead had me wait for a whole our just to be told they couldn’t do it because it was too low. They could’ve told me this from the beginning but instead decided to waste my time.
