I was skeptical when I made the appointment to drop my car off for some warranty work, I’ve only dealt with dealerships, however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service, the cozy environment as you walk in that I received not to mention the outstanding warranty work completed. They took care of everything with the warranty policy and kept me informed thru the whole process! They had my car for 5 days which included a weekend but overall I’m super happy with the outcome and will take my car back for all maintenance.

I won’t disclose here how much Ferman Chevrolet asked me to repair my truck, but you saved me BIG time. I was on the verge of buying a new truck and my wife convinced me to have someone take another look at it. I knew you were honest from the get go when you asked to return to your shop, drove the truck together just to make sure that you had the right diagnosis and the exact repair that I needed. Humberto you have no idea how much I appreciate you man. This kind of service is so rare these days. If there was such thing as a 10 stars review, I would have given you 20. The StabitiTrak indicators were coming on, I went to ACE Total Car due to its reviews and I do not regret it. They performed a diagnostic and provided pictures, the StabitiTrak and Sway Bar Links needed repaired/replaced… ACE contacted my auto warranty provider and provided the necessary to have the repairs covered by my warranty provider. I’m very happy with the service, their honesty and professionalism. Thank you ACE! Will be seeing you for any future work.

A +++ Honest and fair shop. The check engine light appeared to be a starter issue. The car is under extended warranty. They ran a series of tests and saw that there was a sensor issue due to not being plugged in. They reconnected the sensor; everything tests clean. No charge to me. Some shops would have replaced the starter and charged it off the warranty company. Will be using this shop again. Highly recommend this local shop. The appt booking process, reminder and check in process was fantastic.

Listen I can’t express enough, just how amazing my experience was with Ace total car care. You hear the horror stories of taking you vehicle to the shop and seems to be problem after problem, dollars on top of dollars, well not with these guys they had solutions on tasks I would find difficult to fix if you don’t have the proper shop tools. The replacing of my transmission through them after what to me seemed forever but only took them a week to do from diagnosis to me picking up my car to me was very fast and I was very satisfied with the no hassle very pleasant customer service. I’ll say it here like I told them Ace Total Car care Valrico “You guys are the best” thank you and 10/10 recommend

I can not find the words to describe the excellent experience i had with Ace total care. After three mechanics and having my car towed four times i was finally able to have my car fixed by their well experienced mechanics. The amount of time and analytical precision they took with my car to figure out whats wrong and what caused my fuel pump to give out impressed me. Excellent mechanics and Michele the receptionist very wonderful. I am so happy with their service i would definitely recommend them 1 thousand percent.
