These guys have got to be the worst! They towed a lot of cars in 1 hour stating that cars were illegally parked. They are sneaky , cant seem to find paperwork... cant keep up with your car....

this is the worst towing company that i ever seen in my life , they are suppose to come to my building very often to check those cars if they are legally parked in the lot .. they never come , and i call them never answer his phone , its crazy , right now i need a car to get towing here and i called them like 100 times , basically they are suck , definitely the worst towing company that i ever see...

This company a fraud, my motorcycle got towed they charged me twice for two trucks because the first truck couldn’t do his job , tried to speak with owner and his daughter claimed he’s never there and if I don’t pay I’m not getting my motorcycle back

I do not recommend dealing with them at all, the style is despicable and there is no respect for the customer, the treatment is very bad and the style of separation, I repeat, I do not recommend dealing with them.

Took them 2 months to fix my car, but after all that time, my car still have tons of problems. Went to another collision center and took them 3 days to get my car totally fixed. Very inefficient and totally a waste of time and money here.

Would totally recommend this company. They did a great job on my car. It was a one stop deal. They handled all the correspondences with my insurance company as well as setting me up with a rental car while my car was in the shop

Placed towed my car would not give me my property they say I owe a outrageous unacceptable amount of money for storage and towing.the guy there was very rude unhelpful and threatened to take me to court I honestly would love that I have record of the property being in the vehicle so I believe there thief's, liers and no good. Would not recommend service here for anything.

We was parked dropping a food to my mother in law at 20 Rockmere garden Lynn after my daughter gender reveal was held at Lynn building of art we was there for less than 10 min we got outside before they take the van we call the police they told to police before us & police agreed we need to pay $132 cash no card we did not have cash all money we spend in my daughter gender reveal & the police did not listen to us they was bullying us smile took our van we walked home with my 3year old autism son today we stop we the money the charge us $386 we asked why they said they spent 1:30 Min there & need call the police but we called the police not them we asked price reduction was not fair because that happens last night the men on desk answered smile ok you reduction ll be $385 1 dollar obviously we were victim of racism act & bullying by Lynn police & action costum colisión service

Towed my car n it had not a single scratch or anything wrong. Got it back after the weekend with the whole front end EXTREMELY damaged. Check your cars before they leave the lot people!!
