Igor is the best around without a doubt! His prices are beyond fair and his work is incredible! He makes sure you’re happy with everything and always asks if he can help in anyway. From the moment you meet him he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what you’re getting. I am beyond pleased with the work quality. I will continue to use him because you can truly see he cares about people! And that’s very hard to find!!

I tried Unique for the first time because they are convenient to my location. I had the complete interior and exterior detail done on my 10 year old Range Rover (white with white leather). They did a fantastic job and the whole car looks great. And they have a better price than the other places I have used. Highly recommend them.

I got a Groupon for this place and they did a great job detailing my car, inside and out. My only two complaints are as follows: - I was not told where to find my key when I picked it up (it was a Sunday, not typically open) - They scratched a plastic panel on both front doors. When I reached out to see if there was anything we could do to fix it, I was told that the scratches were there when I handed the car over to them (they definitely weren't...).

I got the ceramic tent. Worth every penny. I am so happy. The interer stays cool, I have privacy, and it makes the car look great. I called late in the afternoon and I had an appointment the next day. The tent was perfect no flaws. And they provide the best customer service. The place is also super clean and organized. Even had some nice old school BMX bikes hanging up. Supper cool place. Definitely recommend.

They were pretty quick and the gentleman tending the desk was super kind and straight forward. Ended up having an amazing conversation about Brazil and his recommendations on what I should do when I go for an upcoming trip! Recently came here to have my tints removed and replaced, along with a chrome delete, on my S3. The team did an amazing job with both! Even though there were issues with residue from the old tint, they were super accommodating and replaced all the affected areas without hesitation. Highly recommend them for their great service and friendly staff.

Visited October 27th, 2025. I needed to remove some small scratches on my Toyota and have it coated with ceramic. I went to their office, and they told me I came to the wrong place because they don’t do that kind of work. I said, how come you don’t, if your website lists these services with different packages? They said, no, we don’t do it. I was really disappointed — I drove 40 minutes there, they had good reviews, and yet their attitude toward customers was terrible. They didn’t even try to advise or recommend anything. Are you working by appointment only? You can check the cameras in your office at 2.10 pm And why on your site I can see "Platinum showroom" package and the girl said you are not doing it?

I took my Escalade V here today to get detailed after a long 18hour drive from down south. I am extremely picky with who touches my cars. These guys are great! They are communicative, good at what they do and they are fast. We did a walkthrough after they finished to ensure everything was to my liking and it was. Anytime I’m in Boston, these are my go to guys. I even drove 1hr to bring it here
