My transmission stopped working almost completely near the shop a few weeks back. I called shops all over the area for some assistance and had no luck until I called west lynn auto. They told me they didn't specialize in transmission but would be willing to help me out and see what they can do. Once I got there they were able to verify it was the transmission, and were very helpful with options moving forward. They ended up letting me leave my car at the shop overnight to get towed in the morning. They did not charge me anything at all, and were incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend this shop as they are genuine and will take care of you!

Needed an oil change today & Harry noticed my two front tires were dangerously low on tread. He referred me to a tire place across the street and got a great price on two new tires for my Avalon. Harry and Scottie are the best they genuinely care about their customers safety it's not all about the $.

When I arrived Harry helped me by checking it out, diagnosing it and gave me advice on what to do. Super nice guy!! I called the shop and spoke to Scott and was able to bring my car in the next morning. Needed new brakes. He explained everything to me thoroughly and told me he was going to let me know exactly what I needed to get done, which I appreciate. I’ve been to places where I feel people tell you need things that you don’t need just to get more money outta you. He kept communication the whole time be it by phone or in person and to me, that’s everything. When I returned to pick up my car, he told me it was only brakes I needed and that I should def get new tires soon. So that will be my next investment. He was kind and honest and the cost of the brakes were reasonable. This was my first time receiving service at this shop, and I foresee more services being rendered in the future. Thanks Scott!

I had to have my car towed and West Lynn Auto was highly recommended by my in-laws (I was visiting - I live an hour an half away from Lynn!!). The guys at the shop were very professional and responsive. After running the computer on my vehicle, it was an issue that I needed to have addressed by my dealership as it was a computer module repair that under warranty and recall. West Lynn Auto could have charged me for the diagnostics, but they didn't charge me a dime! I was so happy and so impressed! Thank you for being an honest business and having the best customer service!!

Went there the same day and within an hour both my rear brakes were fixed. Harry is awesome! Showed me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. I called to get a quote to change my breaks and ask when is the best time to come. I was informed I can come now. Once I arrived Scott (one of the owners) was very welcoming. I explained the issue and was able to get everything done within 30-45 minutes. They are 2 brothers that own the shop and hands down they have become my new mechanics, they explained everything to me in ways I can understand.

I highly recommend West Lynn Auto Service. I was driving through Lynn from out-of-state, and my car suddenly started shaking and shuddering and the engine light came on. I did a Google search for a nearby reputable repair shop and this business came up. I drove the half mile there, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem pronto--and for a very fair and reasonable price. As a woman & senior citizen who was traveling alone, I am grateful for the integrity of this shop. In today''s day & age, another place would have thought nothing of ripping me off. I've gone to West Lynn Auto for my car inspections for many years now. Just recently needed to have my car looked at for another issue and decided to give them a call.
