I bought a crank shaft sensor the box was dirty. I tought that just the sales person was working on something and got it dirty, went to the mechanic paid $60 for labor to find out the part was defective. Came back to the store to talk to the store manager who was very rude and not understanding didn't want to do anything but talk like a woman. I will never be back to this store after being a regular customer for 3 years.

I work in Lynn. Every time I need to get something from this store. The like is backed up for 30 minutes because the lazy slow cashiers don’t like to work. I always end up dropping my stuff and leaving.

There services was ok people there wanted to help when they felt like helping out a lot of fooling around speaking outloud as if they were out in the streets cat calling each other out but after an hour I got what I needed. Went back a few days later to do my pick up they got it wrong and didn't have what I originally went there for.

Went in to buy a battery for my car, at 8 months pregnant and having no idea how to change one i asked for help and the woman ringing me up asked her manager if he could and he was rude, clearly aggravated by my request so i just left and texted a few people to try and get help. Ill never come back to this storem. Douchebag.

The manager Eddie Brackett is always helpful to me , as is the whole store. i mainly only deal with this auto part store cause of there friendly service. Unlike other stores who thinks your a idiot just cause you don't know something and is just asking for help.

I am typically coming in with questions that most people have never heard before or problems that most people never encounter (Irony has been a lifelong friend...) Great customer service! I had a check engine light on and not only do they check it for free, but the guy also looked up on his phone and showed me possible ways to diagnose the problem. I pass by 2 other parts places to go to Advanced because the knowledge and customer service of their employees makes the difference

This store has some good people working there but there's a lady there that has no interest in her job. Last week I called and asked for ignition control module and she quickly said we don't have it. I called carquest and they said they can have it in 30 minutes. When I picked it up he told me they got it from the same advanced auto I called earlier. Now today I called and asked about a battery ground terminal and wire and she said I have to come down and check for it myself and see which one is the one I think will work. Complete lack of customer service

Assembly pulley bought at Advance autoparts 3 days ago broke. Shannon was knowledgeable and efficient. I totally appreciate that she told the customer on the phone to wait a little bit so she can finish the ongoing business with my assembly pulley. Note to management : if you value the customers on the phone more than those that are physically in your store, spend some money on call centers and let the salesperson deal with the actual customer. I had ordered an Alternator online to be picked up on 5/7/2024 and on 5/13 my car broke down on my way to work. I called AAA and they tested the alternator and it was bad. I had to buy a new one asap and returned the defective one once the car was fix. I go back where I bought it to get a refund do to it being defective, and a supervisor named KATHY was very rude. Rude rude rude…. Did not want to give me a refund because she said she don’t have access code to do that and only a manager could do it. I said can you call the other stores and find out if there’s a manager so they can approve it & she said I’m not going to ask for peoples schedules. I called the one in Revere and they were able to help me out without a managers approval code. Very fast and friendly. They even asked me, “I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE DIDNT DO IT” Why is she there if she don’t want to help the customers. Just so she can say she has a SUPERVISOR TITLE??? She needs to be told something because her attitude will bring her nowhere and she claims she works at a bank???? I do too and I don’t treat people the way she treats customers. We did not had to go back and forth with each other.

I just want to thank a gentleman name "JULIO" who took the time to successfully ship out a return for me. Went in today to ship out a box for a return and wasn't sure this location was a UPS access point and if it was going to work since my label wasn't printed, however because of him my experience was enhanced. He was very patient and willing to go out his way to save me time in my life. The label I did have was accurate and it did specify that I was at the right location but it was on my phone. A woman there was recommending me to go to the UPS store in Swampscott and thankfully Julio stepped in and helped me. I really appreciated that and hope he gets noticed for this. True great customer service. Thank you for not brushing me off.
