I wish there was a way I could give them zero stars Horrible experience with this company they had my car for over two weeks said it was a wiring issue replace the battery claimed they did over $1000 worth of work and still were not able to find out exactly what was wrong with the car I was contacted by the receptionist and she told me That my car was running and I could pick it up I explained to her that I would be there either before 5 PM or I will be there the next day first thing in the morning to pick the vehicle up and she told me that that was fine once I arrived on the property one of the mechanics and And the receptionist told me that my car wouldn’t make it one block and it wasn’t running which was a contradiction of what she said over the phone and that they would not release my car to me because I was behind on my car payment with the dealership that I purchased the car from. Apparently my information was given to active auto from my dealership and the information that was given was untrue because I am current on my payment but this auto shop decided to overstep their authority And tell me that they will not release my vehicle to me because the dealership told them not to of course I contacted my dealership because this is an illegal action and they contacted Active auto and told them to release my car I do not understand why active auto would try to illegally hold my vehicle but I would not recommend anyone do business with them because this was a very shady and unprofessional business transaction

I've known Joe (Owner) for about five years now. He's diagnosed and fixed problems that other shops couldn't figure out. And he's told me strait up when I bought a car with too many problems to be worth fixing. Good family mechanic here. Don't let the Auburn location keep you away.

took my vehicle there due to a failing clutch they said it wasn't the clutch...so even though I told them it was they tried to sell me other services instead of doing the work I asked for. took my vehicle to another shop and infact the clutch had failed and needed replaced as I originally stated... keep your money the place is in a bad area and even though that have a wall with certificates there knowledge was not great... if the shop I worked in would allow employees to do their own vehicles I wouldn't have had to try to take it to this place. I am a mechanic at my shop.. just no where to do the work.. this shop tried to charge me knowing I only wanted a clutch put in that was under warrenty they just d8dnt want to do the work or wasn't sure how to. best advice stay away from this shop!!! they tried to charge me 1500 for labor to do the clutch when I just paid 1500 to have a nee clutch put in... and I paid for parts and labor... so they tried to charge more then what it cost to begin with. this place is absolutel garbage

These guys are great. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, Friday before closing they told me they had to keep it because of some strip bolts and were kind enough to park it outside for me for the weekend. Monday morning nice and early they were able to get back to it. Definitely coming back even if the work is not under warranty.

I had been taking my truck to them for a few years. I took it to them as I was having an issue with my fuel Evap System, spent $900.00 to get it fixed and they didn't fix it. I brought it back to them and my truck got stolen from their lot. I got my truck back and took it to Ford, told them what the problem was and it was verified and fixed. I tried calling and calling to get some money back as the theft alone cost me a lot money out of my pocket, which their insurance did nothing for me. Ford charged me $1582.04 to fix the problem, all I want back is the $900.00 for the service that didn't correct the problem. I spent more money than that fixing the other things that MY insurance didn't pay for. Never heard back from the owner Joe and I'm very disappointed in the concern after the vehicle theft from their lot and no communication. Just to make things worse, I had another vehicle stolen from a business in Federal Way and their insurance handled everything, no money out of my pocket. That business handled everything correctly and had great communication. Take your chances and thank you Joe for nothing!!! If you want to make this right and have this post deleted, you can call me.

Best car repair place. My "go to " shop. Honest - had a rare problem needing special Volkswagen tools to fully diagnose, so no charge! Quality: I've never gotten rotors from other shops for my 2012 Honda Odyssey that didn't warp after $12k miles until now (on my 4th set). They said they avoid the cheap ones and these are holding up beautifully.
