Did a repair for vehicle, new bumper. Kept popping out on the side. They said they guarantee their work. Took it back and they said it was a faulty after market bumper and that was to blame, yet then told my insurance it was due to new damage. Horrible customer service to tell me it's a faulty part then to my insurance, blame me. And bad work too, to even have the issue.. go elsewhere. Also when I went in to address the issue, no one at front desk and 2 different people walked by me and didn't grab someone to assist. said oh she's on lunch when I asked. No sign, no one one to cover.

I damaged my bumper and right quarter panel on my truck. Before I handed them the keys to my truck, I asked them if they'd be done with it before my insurance coverage ran out on my rental vehicle. They told me it would most likely be done the following week. They have had my truck for a month. They had parts arrive weeks ago and it was sitting there waiting to be painted forever. These people take on a workload to where they don't have the space and/or staff to get things done on time, and it costs customers out of pocket payments on their rental vehicles. Don't go here💯

This place does quality work, there is no doubt about it but when they leave you without your car for 2 months to perform that quality, the quality is thrown to the window. To fix my front fender bender (I read end a car at like 15mph, it wasn't to hard) it should take a week at the most, the charge for 57 labor hours any way but they just kept blaming it to Chevrolet and others and never accepting any type of fault at all. The gave a delivery date and when they reach it, they just kept saying tomorrow for 7 days, keeping me on an edge trying to see how to ask for permission at work to adapt to their needs to go and pick it up. At the end I thought that at least they will go like, we am sorry so all the inconvenience we have cause you so to apologize we will waive the deductible or at least something, but no, they just blame to another. If you want quality work and don't mind about the time, go ahead and use this people but as I said, they will take their sweet time.

Great place. Very professional, great workmanship, matched silver paint perfectly. Definitely looks like they went above and beyond on the detail work. Yeah it took a longer than usually time but some people are not smart enough to understand the parts supply chain issues around the world affect everything. The shop is a pleasure to work with. Quick to answer questions, give updates and double check before doing anything. Everyone is a Rockstar. They will email/text/call, whatever you prefer and if they don't have an answer, they are quick to get the right one. The staff at the front desk is very friendly, fun to joke with and honest and upfront with you. Didn't meet any of the mechanics but they did great work, a lot better then I thought they would. Looks like it just came out of the showroom! 10/10

Took my 2014 forester in to get fixed after my it had been hit in the parking lot of my apartment complex. First off the shop had done great work and was extremely happy with it once all repairs have been completed. I was assigned to a guy named Mark who was extremely nice and awesome to work with. Only reason I will not give 5 stars is due to me calling them on 3 different occasions, each time being asked if I can be placed on hold by the receptionist "to which I had said no problem" and all 3 times being forgot about on hold. 1st time on hold for 30 minutes which is when it hung up on me at the 30 minute mark. 2nd and 3rd time for 15 minutes to where I finally hung up and called back. All 3 times I was at work. Would I use them again? Yes I would. I just really hope the phone etiquette improves here. All in all I was happy at the end.

Like others who are unfortunate enough to have an accident I brought my vehicle to the north Auburn Service King. I was quickly greeted with a smile by a friendly woman named Jan and checked in quickly. They got me into a rental right away. The advisor James gave me an estimate of the time frame of my repairs, he also kept me updated on the repairs. I did not need to call and find out anything. When I picked up my car it was perfect, they even detailed the inside. The shorter man who brought my car up front did mentioned he was able to buff out a spot on the side that wasn’t involved in the accident! I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle. I will use Service King if I am unfortunate enough to get hit again.

I had a great experience with service king there wasn’t any confusion and everything went smoothly and fast. Their employees are welcoming and that is very important to me. I got my car back clean and looking like I just bought it again. While I was waiting for my car they made sure I had a rental for the meantime. Thank you so much for a great experience and having my car ready in a timely manner. If I ever need to come back hoping I don’t but if I do I will definitely come back here. If anyone goes here ask for James he’s awesome.

Overall great experience. People deliver good customer service. My car was done right the first time. I'd like to go into how they got it done early, but understanding the car business like I do, I know they over quoted me on how long it would take so they would look even more awesome when they got it done early, plus that gives them room if things come up that they don't expect. I'd do business here again for sure.

Was told my car would be ready the 5th,that changed to the 10th.I called on the 12th and talked to the mechanics, He stated he was waiting for clips that were due in that day(wondering why they were not ordered with the other parts?) and if the car wasn’t ready he would call me. No call. Made arrangements to pick up my car was told it was not ready and the mechanics don’t work on weekends very angry and upset. When someone’s one says they will call I EXPECT a call very rude and non professional. I had told them I had 21 days of rental on my insurance various time which didn’t seem to matter to them. Now I have to pay out of pocket frill I can retrieve my finished car. Had the mechanic let me know I could have made cheaper arrangements for the weekend. So there goes another 200 dollars. I use to recommend this place no longer will I recommend or utilize there service’s. Very unprofessional with there customer service

They took way longer than estimated for my repair, so I had to pay for part of my rental car myself. Also, they have yet to give me the decal that I needed to finish my body work, even though it’s been nine months. I called a few weeks ago about it but they haven’t responded to me yet. The people were very nice, the body work itself was excellent, but the service and honesty/setting up the right expectations just wasn’t there.

Aside from a slight delay in parts delivery, my accident damage was completed quickly and better than factory. Good people to work with. They took care of everything with insurance and gave me almost daily updates. I got it back cleaner than I left it!

I orinally gave this Service King a 3 stars rating based on the issue, below. But I've upgraded it to 4 stars, because of how Service King did a great deed to amend the problem. Chris Beinke, Service Advisor personally contacted me to fix the issue which it was to my satisfaction. If you ever need a service, Mr. Beinke would be a valuable professional to speak with. I was satisfied with the fact that my vehicle was fully repaired, it now looks as great as new. Customer service was great, friendly, and professional. However, upon receipt of my vehicle, it was indicated that the cap for the cap-reservoir tank (part #: 26452AG000) for the break fluid was missing. Also, upon further review the cover-indicator (part #: 35189FJ000) for the gear selector was also missing. These two OEM items were never missing prior to dropping my vehicle off for repair services. Although the total acquisition of these items was less than $40.00 (including tax), it is unacceptable and unsatisfactory to receive my vehicle back with these missing parts.

They did a great job at getting my car repaired. Anytime I had a question I was able to give them a call and they were very quick to respond. There was a part that they’re waiting on that is on backorder but does not have any safety concerns to my car so they release the car to me early which was nice.

Few months ago we were involved in a nasty hit and run accident. We used to go to Carstar for all our body shop needs down the road from we're we live but when we contacted them they said the wait time was 4 to 5 months out!! While looking around for reputable shops we found Service King and decided to call. They're customer service is one of the best and got us an appointment at this location right away. When we arrived to our appointment Dawn was super helpful and professional with all our questions. She made sure we knew all our options and sent us updates almost every week! 2 months later our SUV was finished and looked like brand new! On top of that they gave us for free a full set of brand new Sylvania Led headlights, and fog light bulbs which each is roughly around $100 each! Service King has gained a loyal customer for sure! Thank you

These guys are good updating via text. However, it took almost 3 months to fix my car. I was notified to pick my car when they said it’s done. I found nuts, screws missing on the panels by the front & back wheels. They did nothing on the front side dent & scratches on the passenger side. Tire pressures on the tires were very low. Also, the fitment of the part are not so great. Front desk lady seemed little pushy & rushing me when I went again to mention these issues. Oh! Front lic number plate never installed nor given to me or informed me. When I called them (someone said he is the manager) then there was not a helpful answer saying ‘ the person who was then working here is no more’. They get hefty amount of money from insurance company. I hope they will improve their service & value the customers in future. They are in my neighborhood but sorry, I will not recommend this place. Thank you.

Service provided was fantastic. The doors look great, paint is a perfect match and the headlights look better than ever before! There is a little glue residue stuck on the inside window, but we think we should be able to get that off. Either way, we are happy with repairs. Thank you! Definitely our go to place for service repairs.

Roxxy at the Auburn Way N location really took care of my issue with the overspray on my paint job following the body work. My car's paint looks once again beautifully polished and pristine and free of contaminants. Thank you.

I would like to file a serious complaint regarding the service I received at Crash Champions, a partner repair shop recommended by my insurance company, GEICO. First, I want to emphasize that this is a delayed attempt to contact the shop directly, as I trusted that GEICO was handling the situation. As soon as I noticed the issues, I opened an official claim with GEICO, and I was informed that the case was under review and in progress. Because of that, I waited patiently, believing the matter would be properly resolved. However, due to the lack of resolution and the events that followed, I am now submitting this formal complaint directly. I brought my vehicle in perfect overall condition, with only three very small pre-existing cosmetic marks, all of which I personally pointed out. These minor marks are in no way related to the serious damage I am now reporting. The car was taken in only to repair one simple dent on the door, which was fixed—although the quality of the work was not ideal, it is not the main issue here. The real problem began when I received my vehicle back with significant additional damage, with repair estimates totaling three times more than the cost of the original repair. The damages identified after pickup included: • Scratches all over the paint, as if the vehicle had been washed with abrasive material. I wash my car myself, by hand, and have never used any car wash or method that could damage the paint. I can state this with absolute certainty. • Severe damage to the exterior plastic trim between the windows, which appeared extremely worn and heavily scratched. • A rear taillight that no longer worked, despite functioning perfectly before — which I can prove with video evidence. When I picked up the vehicle on Friday, I immediately reported all the issues. The shop asked me to return on Monday to have them corrected. I was without my vehicle for several hours, and when I came back to inspect it, none of the damage had been fixed. Even so, the manager rudely insisted that the repairs had been completed and that I “was simply unable to see it.” The situation escalated due to the conduct of the staff. One of the employees openly admitted that the scratches were caused by the shop while attempting to remove dirt from the paint. The manager interrupted the employee, attempted to make him change his statement, and refused to acknowledge responsibility. When I presented before-and-after photos, clearly proving that these scratches and damages did not exist prior to the repair, the manager: • Humiliated me; • Mocked me repeatedly; • Attempted to discredit my evidence; • Pointed out “scratches” that did not exist in completely intact areas of the photos, in an obvious attempt to distort reality. After significant insistence — and only after the manager left the area — a more experienced paint specialist admitted that the damage had indeed been caused by the shop. He proceeded to polish some of the most visibly affected areas and advised me to purchase a replacement taillight from a salvage yard, since my original taillight was returned to me nonfunctional. As if all this were not enough, I later received a message from Crash Champions accusing me of withholding a check that was supposedly issued in their name, claiming this would lead to additional charges. This information is entirely false, as I never received any check whatsoever from the shop or the insurance company. This improper and baseless charge only made the situation worse Consequences of the Poor Service • Additional damage caused exclusively by the shop; • Clear attempts to deny responsibility despite photos, videos, and an employee’s admission; • Humiliation, mockery, and unethical behavior from the manager; • An improper and false charge related to a check I never received; • Lost time, emotional stress, and complete insecurity regarding the quality of service provided.
