Good kind service people at check as always. After oil change they charged me $127, I informed young guy I had service plan on the lease it was our 3rd Acura lease and I never paid for oil changes. He told me that no manager was available and to check back? He couldn’t see the plan so I needed to pay?? I paid and spoke with service people the next day. They told me managers were out again for a second week day and they would let me know. Service has really slipped in the last two years to the point they had our car two weeks for an interior leak earlier this year and “no management was available” and service never called me back to update. I had to go out of town for business and my wife and son were left with no vehicle for a week. It was very frustrating and inconvenient, because the service tech said they had no loaners due to a high number of recalls and failures on new cars. Been alot, after 4 Acura’s in the last 20 years we will look elsewhere when this lease is up.

After replacement of full length sun roof and seal, Tech left black smuge prints and marks on head liner and windshield post. 3 inch stain on drivers side (from leak?) and that side is drooping not fully latched as passenger side. Found a star socket in drivers seat that could have punctured leather. Each time it's car is worked on, other issues arise?

I was disappointed that I wasn’t told several oil changes ago that I needed to have my transmission serviced. When I went in this past week for just an oil change I was told that I was 20k miles past needing my transmission serviced. Why wasn’t I told sooner? also recommended that I have the cabin filter and air filter changed. I told them we could change them ourselves. I have bought two vehicles in the last year. It took me awhile to get there to get an oil change. I got a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. That's the only reason I scheduled an appointment. And of course, the coupon was not valid. Probably my fault because I didn't read the fine print. It's the only dealer that didn't do at least one free oil change.

The issue I had was the mixup in the price. I was quoted one thing I guess by the call center and a different price at the place of businesses , my opinion when a customer check in they should be explaining the price of Service before the service, especially for the Customer who’s traveling outside of Fayetteville. Other than that, the Service was Faster than I expected I was very impressed with the overall service outside the price mixup.

I've had my 2020 MDX repaired and maintained here a half a dozen times. The staff has always been helpful and responsive. Each time, the service or repair has been performed correctly and does not require a recheck.
