I arrived thinking I had a scary problem with my brakes. My car was seen almost immediately. After a not terrible wait, the inspection was done and the manager, Jeremy, reassured me that my brakes were working fine. Then he told me exactly what my car would need in the coming months. He even jotted down a timeline for what I should do ASAP versus what I could hold off on and save up for. I wound up only owing $20 for the time they took making sure I was safe. I mentioned to Jeremy that I'd been worried I'd be overcharged or misled, and he did exactly the opposite. This place seems run with integrity and honesty, and I look forward to returning when I'm ready to get more work done.

They have a new shop manager and the guy had a lot of attitude when I took my car in. The previous shop manager Mark and the guys working were great. You could tell they really cared about the safety and well-being of their customers. The new guy couldn't care less. Terrible experience, bad attitude.

Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Ken at the front desk was so helpful, I came in at 4pm for an oil change and was actually able to get scheduled in. It's next to impossible on a Friday to get that lucky. The guys out in the shop were super friendly, very informative and overall it was just a pleasant experience. Not a long wait time, and they informed me they would be staying open til 9pm the next couple weeks which is amazing. For people like me who can't make it out until after 4pm that is really helpful. Highly recommend this location. 👌

This is sad . First yall didn’t tell him he had to ask yall what happened to his radio. Yall took advantage of him . His time his money and his apple play radio . Either someone in that shop stole it or as yall now claim someone broke into his car . Police report filed and you’re going to pay him for his radio. This is the worst shop in all Fayetteville area. The Bbb need to know how you’ll are doing .

Jeremy and the guys there helped me out in an efficient and fair priced new battery. No one could get me in and I was stuck. Within 465 minutes. They checked out my BMW and changed the dead battery out for a new one. Checked the rest of the vehicle too. 💯 recommend

Got my brakes and rotors changed here. One year later I had to get them replaced again, and I found out I was missing hardware and that parts were put back in the wrong place. Luckily it was all under warranty so I didn’t have to pay, but missing hardware and misplaced parts?? On brakes?? That’s insane. I should’ve known something was off when I had to come back here a week after getting them changed because one of the calipers had come partially off and started making a horrendous scratching sound. Has my life been in danger for the last year?

I've been to this location multiple times for a variety of concerns including oil changes, issues with my hood latch, wheel bearing replacement, and my VSA system in my Honda. Each time the staff was very warm and respectful. They answered my questions and really helped me understand what was going on, which alleviated a lot of the stress of getting my car worked on. I was respectful nice and patient what do I have to show for it I’m down almost 4 months of my time super unnecessary frustration getting the run around on the phone. 2000$ in cash 1,800 for repairs 200 for tows a 500-900$ apple car play upgrade that was apparently stolen/broken i don’t know. all for a car that still has the same issues and apparently needs another 1,800 to fully repair. Thank you Midas. I’ll never set foot close to here again i promise!
