Order parts Wednesday July 3rd, but due to the 4th of July holiday my parts didn't come in until Saturday July 6th. Bret the owner of the business called me personally and notified me about this and held my parts until Monday morning July 8th. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about vehicles and all parts included. No judge invioment and have answers for all you vehicle questions.

A couple of Saturday's ago I went in for fuses because my heat stopped working, the power was out and the the employee working let me in got me the fuses I needed printed out a paper receipt. The staff goes above and beyond. (Five star rating)

I was traveling through Fayetteville when I had mechanical problems. I bought a fuel filter and was helped by their employee Van. He was very knowledgeable and didn't even need to look up the part number. I chose to install the filter at a location 20 miles away. When I went to install the filter, it appeared to be incorrect. I was stranded on the side of the road, 500 miles from home, racing against a bad snow storm. I called and spoke with Van just before closing on a Friday night. He located the correct filter and delivered it to me 20 miles away. I tear up when I consider the kindness of this gentleman. Van, Thank You so very much! God Bless you!

These guys are the best. If they don't have it, it will be there in the morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Best parts store in Fayetteville. They are open Saturday mornings as well, can't believe how many non automotive parts they carry; tractors, mowers, equipment etc. Saves me lots of trips to dealers for filters. Also, you can check their inventory online, usually pretty accurate.

My experience using this Napa was amazing. From the very beginning everybody was super helpful! Ordering the parts was a breeze! They explained everything and helped me get the right parts for the job at very competitive prices. They even let me return some of the parts that I ended up not using and I am just so greatful! The store owners name is Brett and he is very helpful and Honest! I also received help from an associate named Blake and he was very thourogh and helpful as well!! Defiantly will be using this Napa for any parts I need! 10/10 recommend!!!

I was really surprised to find this place still open after coved . There pretty much the last of the old school Auto stops. ( Save the big box stores) you can't believe they still carry stuff for lawnmowers and get it right the first time.i will be using this place more now. Just make sure theres no unwelcome cars on the roof, ha ,ha , ha

I’ve worked on cars as a hobby for most of the past 10 years, and NAPA is where I go when I want a part that fits and works the first time I use it. That has not been the case when using two other parts stores. Sure you pay a little more and it may take a bit longer to get parts, but the service is excellent and you’ll likely save time and money in the long run.

My car died in the lot and because it’s BMW I had to disassemble the back. Bryant and others were more than helpful lending me tools. Even helping me make sure the battery was connected properly. The prices are amazing! You can buy single fuses for 75c this is easily the best auto store I’ve ever been to. I choose to drive past every other store just to go to this one because it really feels like a small town shop that doesn’t want to screw you.

I have not been to a place where customer service comes first. The guys there were very helpful, can tell that they have a lot of knowledge. I had ac hoses that I needed made for my aftermarket vintage air system that I bought for my c10. I was a little hesitant if It would work or not. He had everything ordered and pressed really quick. These guys deserve more than a 5 star rating.

I purchased a set of brake parts for my vehicle, gave the all the info including vin#. Keep in mind this is my only car. Came the day to install them and after my vehicle is up on jack stands I find out that all of the parts were not for my vehicle but a different model than mine. I call to let them know, all I wanted was them to deliver the right parts. First I was a liar, then they decided I needed to pay a delivery fee, really?, lastly the smaller parts somehow cost me more money. $150 more. All I can say about this place is stay away so you don’t get screwed. I know the owner will come on here to dispute this. You will need to decide for yourself. If you just stay away they can’t screw you.
