Lewis Ford Service goes above and beyond. I take my Explorer here for everything. I am so thankful to be close enough to take advantage of their Pick Up/ Drop Off services, its so convenient. Jose and Jeff in the service department were both very kind and helpful. They communicated every step of the process and make sure you are well taken care of.

I typically go to the quick lube place like Take 5 to get my service because I thought that large dealerships would cost more and push unnecessary services. But I bought a used Explorer and decide to take it to service at Lewis. I worked with Jimmy Johnson and he completely changed my perspective of servicing at a dealership. He was super helpful with a quote I asked for, no pressure for additional services, great prices. I will continue to work with Lewis Ford and Jimmy for all my service from here on out.

First off Kaleb was just fine this isn’t anything against him. I bought my truck from Lewis even purchased a warranty that came with extra servicing and everything has been great so far I was happy with bringing my truck here. Figured since it was time for new brakes and rotors it wouldn’t be to bad, so I scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to make sure I had a dedicated tech for this. Go in at 8:40 for a 9am appointment l, check in and wait for word on my truck. From the waiting room you can see most of the vehicles, luckily I could see my truck. In between 9am and 10:15 when I left I stood up and looked at my truck at least 6 times not one of the times did I happen to see a tire off or a tech around it to even inspect my brakes. Maybe I missed it right? Who knows for sure but I definitely should have seen a tire on the ground at least. When Kaleb came to tell me what’s up somewhere around that 10:15 time he told me what the cost of my brakes were going to be. I had done research before showing up to my appointment and while there just to be sure. Amazon sells OEM equivalent or better I mean shit oem is motorcraft. So that’s not even the best quality. Anyways Amazon sells theirs about $350. So I think a fair price should sit between $500 - $700. You know 200ish for labor, even on the Ford website the total price for all 4 rotors and new pads lands about $600. Which isn’t even that bad more than Amazon but is OEM. Nahh this dude tells me it’s going to be $1,700 for my brakes. I never write reviews on services/prices but this had me disgusted. Can’t say I’d go back for any reason after my warranty period is up

Got my car in on time and explained what would be done and what needed to be done. I had a number of maintenance items to be done on my car and added a couple more during drop-off. Turn around time was good, as they got it done the same day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the amount of time I had to wait to get a shuttle ride home. The wait wasn't bad as their lounge is clean and comfortable. It was just a long wait.

After having problems getting through to the dealer I purchased my car from in Bentonville to perform a recall, they never answered my calls and rarely messaged back as they said they would. I gave up on trying. I called Lewis Ford in Fayetteville and got right through. Allyson in the service department was friendly and was able to address all of my concerns and got me an appointment right away. My experience with Lewis Fords service department was great. I will drive the extra 25 miles to have all of my services performed at Lewis.

I bought a 2015 Hyundia Veloster Turbo from them recently. I love it! My first 2 oil change/service appointments were on the house. Their waiting area is very nice. They have comfortable seating, television, popcorn, bottled water, and a high-end coffee machine. They're quick with it anyway. I waited about an hour when I pulled up at 10am with no appointment. The waiting room was near capacity and they were busier than usual, but it still took just an hour. I know there are drive-up places that change your oil and filter pretty quickly. This is not that lol they do a more thorough and extensive inspection here.

The service department at Lewis Ford was amazing! Very professional and fast. Pulled up not sure where to go and Jose meet us at the door and handed everything! Got us loaded into their system and got the service done super quick. With snow and ice on the ground still washed the truck and pulled it back inside. Took my bronco here to get it serviced, Paul caught me on the lot drooling over a Raptor Bronco. He put some numbers together for me on trading mine in. They looked a lot better than I had expected so ended up trading for the Raptor! The finance manager was friendly also. He was not pushy or anything. I ended up buying several products to ensure my ownership experience is great. I just had my first service done on the Raptor. Everyone was friendly in the back and took care of me. Paul and Mason made sure to make me feel at home.

Allyson in the service department went above and beyond expectations. We purchased our truck from Lewis but don’t live very close to the dealership at all making it difficult to get in for regular maintenance. I popped in on them just after Christmas late in the afternoon looking for a quick oil change as we were passing through the area. (Not really setting them up for success as they were really busy.) When I explained my issue with my travel distance, Allyson went right to work. Here’s what she did: 1) Politely explained that she could get my truck in for service but was going to be a couple hours. 2) Called their in-house transportation driver to take us down the road and drop us off so we could eat a late lunch while waiting. 3) Allowed our little schnauzer to stay in their office and took care of him, as pets are not allowed in the shop. 3) Texted me with status updates during the whole process. 4) Arranged transportation back to pick up my truck upon completion. 5) Back on the road in 1.5 hours. 6) Allyson smiled the whole time. I think service like this is reflective of really great leadership when they hire talented people like Allyson who are able to perform at a high level like this! Thanks for the effort!!
