Got a new battery with them, it was super easy and the staff super nice. Thank you so much to Brent for helping to diagnose my car. They provide snacks and drinks for their customers and were kind enough to fill my gas tank. They work great with families and college students. They were able to communicate professionally with me and my parents who live out of state.

Brought my Lexus Rx300 in on August for a diagnosis on my brakes because I felt grinding in my front wheels whenever I'd accelerate from a complete stop, causing the traction light to come on. For $1400, they replaced my brake calipers, disc brake rotor, a brake hose, and an ABS wheel speed sensor that had to be replaced because it fell off due to rust. I was still experiencing the problem and brought it in September. They replaced my CV axle for $2000 but the problem was still occurring after the repairs. I called the owner to complain about how the cv axle didn't fix the grinding and brought it in again in September and after 2 weeks, they determined the ujoint in my driveshaft was the problem. They replaced the part and I picked it up in October, paying a total of $1000 but it didn't fix my problem with the grinding in the front wheels. Again, I brought my car in on February after the starter and my brakes failed during an icestorm. They took it in, replaced the starter with a new one and and flushed the brakes and replaced the fluid for $200 but the problem with the grinding in my front wheels was still occurring. Brought it in again to complain and ended up test driving with the owner who tried to sell me a new transmission, differential, and tracker box and only confessed about the ABS wheel speed sensor after they tested the speeds in my wheels and they found them to be off. I thought they had already fixed my ABS and had cleared it? Afterward, they sent me home with a defunct ABS but I found out online you could disable it by removing the fuses connected to the ABS control module and suddenly my problem is solved after I removed the fuses because the issue was with my ABS all along and not the drive train. I drove back to the store and demanded a refund, but they said the repairs on my drive train were necessary. I contacted the Attorney General and the BBB, the owner responded with blatant misinformation such as how they only did an inspection in August and that my first repair was with the CV axle, or how the owner claimed you had to be turning for the issue to occur despite video evidence otherwise, or the total incongruency of their timeline with the reciepts that they printed off for me. However, in their response, the owner said they'd be willing to replace the sensor for free. If they're willing to replace the sensor, brake hose, and the hydraulic hub that my tech said is also bad, then I'll change my review.

Great mechanic work combined with what I call "courting the customer." I like the peaceful waiting room, and nice coffee, and the bottle of water in the car was the cherry on top. I feel like Christian Brothers appreciates my business. I also value the reasonable prices and the friendly and honest people. Keep up the good work and thanks! Iβve been using Christian Brothers Automotive in Fayetteville for the past eight years, and theyβve never let me down. Over the years, theyβve helped me with everything from putting a motor in my truck to routine oil changes, and every single time, the quality of work has been exceptional. Most recently, Lane Hollis, our service advisor, went above and beyond. He was responsive, on top of every detail, and made the whole experience stress-free. Even though the service they provided to my car ended up involving the wrong sized parts, the manager and team at the front desk were extremely accommodating with compensating me a refund for my original bill and providing discounts on future services. I would get a second opinion if quoted a higher price. My daughter in college at the university there thought her car needed an alignment. We are out of state so after looking at the reviews I suggested Christian Bros. The alignment was 145.00 but they had recommendations for 2900.00 on maintenance and one urgent matter a boot/axle repair for 1006.00. I asked her to take it to another place for a second opinion and the other place said it didnβt need any repair it was fine only regular and tear noted. In the end when she is back home for a few days I will get our regular mechanic to check it out since this is very unsettling two completely different diagnostics.

Unbelievable service and courtesy. My car was sick and Whitney took the time to assess and figure out what was wrong. Once I arrived with my car on appointment, John took it from there. John communicated from start to finish to give me a condition report daily. The mechanic must be the best mechanic in the country because my car now runs better than before and like new. I am completely satisfied and would give this shop and location 100 stars if I could. Every person there are worth their weight in gold! I highly recommend.

Christian Brothers Automotive was great from the initial call taken by Randy, who was understanding and super helpful. My College daughter's car window wouldn't roll back up, she was upset. Considering she's 6+ hours away from home and we were limited on what we could help with; they were able to get her in same day, they got the window back up ! My daughter in law recommended CBA for an oil change which I was way overdue for (not my norm). From The moment I entered their facility, I was greeted with kindness and smiling, friendly faces. While the mechanics were doing a thorough diagnostic and changing my oil, I was offered snacks and drinks in the waiting area. I was also kept abreast of what was going on with my vehicle via text messaging from the facility. Once completed, I was asked to come to the desk to review on the computer, the photos and findings for my vehicle. They were categorized as immediate needs concerns or well checks. Around the start of the year, which is arguably the worst possible time to have car trouble with the holidays, my Dodge Journey began randomly shutting off while I was driving. I was stressed, desperate, and didnβt have an established relationship with any local shop other than Firestone. Unfortunately, they couldnβt help and told me the issue needed to be seen by a Dodge dealership or that maybe Christian Brothers could help. Based on location and a very desperate phone call, I ended up at Christian Brothers Automotive, and Iβm glad I did. It ultimately took three visits, a bit of trial and error, and several very nerve-racking moments of my car dying mid-drive. Through all of it, the team at Christian Brothers was consistently kind, patient, and understanding. While it would have been great to have the issue resolved in one visit, the reality was that it was a tricky problem. What mattered most to me as a customer was that the team truly went above and beyond. My first visit was a scheduled appointment, but the next two were essentially last-minute panic calls and texts the day before. Even then, they worked to fit me in and were incredibly accommodating, knowing how difficult being without a car would be for my family, especially while juggling my wifeβs night job and my kidsβ various practices. As for cost, sure, in a perfect world Iβd pay $0, but thatβs not how life works. What I can say is that I was charged fairly for the parts and labor needed, I was never pressured into unnecessary services, and they even tried to reduce costs by exploring aftermarket options first. They also helped shuttle me to and from work and home, even though my house was pushing the limits of their service area. I came in carrying a lot of frustration, anxiety, and suspicion, because letβs be honest, the internet will convince you that you need to go to war with a repair shop to protect yourself and your wallet. Instead, I was met with honesty, genuine commitment, and some of the friendliest people Iβve dealt with in a long time. This whole situation could have been much worse. My wife can attest to what it was doing to my stress levels. Thanks to the service I received at Christian Brothers, I now feel like I have a shop I can trust if I ever need one again. I did tell them I hope I donβt see their wonderful faces anytime soon, however. Highly recommend.

Max is the best courtesy car driver around. Very safe and he drives so well you forget you're in a car. John is the best representative I've dealt with. I never met the technicians but they have done top notch work. They do premium work, fast. My issues are all fixed and they look brand new. This is the only place doing work on my vehicles.
