These guys are terrific people. Had a intoxaloc device and anytime I needed it calibrated, I went in and they were very nice and professional. When it came time to take it out the same thing. Use these guys, they are well worth it!!!

I took my Mazda 3 in to Seeburg Service Center in Fayetteville to have AC service, oil change, and walk around inspection. As always, the team at Seeburg took great care of my car. Nate was very thorough with the inspection and needed repairs. The guys (and girl) up there are always friendly. I take both my cars up there any time they need to be serviced. I definitely recommend this shop!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like one is necessary here. I took my car in because I was getting a clicking/knocking noise from my engine that was getting progressively worse. They did the diagnostic and gave me an exhaustive list of things that needed to be done (mostly minor things or things I knew about that weren't related to the issue I cared about). Concerning the main issue they simply told me I needed an engine change which would cost 6k+. Disheartened, I decided to take it somewhere else to have a diagnostic done without telling them I already had one done at Seeburg. The new diagnostic revealed that the problem was my timing belt tensioner so I had them replace that along with timing belt and water pump. Voila! Problem solved and the car is running great and it costs me a fraction of what Seeburg would have had me pay for a new engine. So, I do not recommend going here at all unless you want to waste money on bad or frivolous diagnostics.

I have been a proud and loyal Seeburg Service Center customer since I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2017. I’ve had 3 different used vehicles and I have trusted Seeburg with all of them. They are straight forward, thorough, and honest. They do a really detailed inspection. They let you know what urgent repairs are needed and also what may need to be done in the near future. They do their best to fix the issue as fast as they can at the best price they can. Of course some repairs and parts can be costly but I trust they are putting on the safest and best possible product on my vehicle. My cars have always driven better for a good length of time after having work done by them. Mike has been there as long as I’ve been going to them and he has always been straight forward, kind, and professional. I’m sure he has seen and heard it all over the years but he still provides the same hospitable service and professionalism as he did the first time I took my vehicle there. With him there I know that Seeburg Service Center in Fayetteville will continue to provide excellent, fast, and safe service. I will not go to another repair shop. Had immediate issues that resulted in replacing the radiator, a coolant flush, replacement of the front stabilizer bar link kit (both sides), front and rear brakes replaced, transmission fluid exchange, and battery service. Seeburg got it done in one day!!! The service advisor, Mike Akin, was great! Communicated well and made me feel like they would take care of it. And they did! The car is running like new!

Very satisfied with my recent service on my 2018 Kia Sorento. I had some major items that needed to be replaced including a front axle, rear brakes and a hydraulic electronic control unit. These repairs were not cheap, but for the work that was accomplished, the price was very reasonable. Especially compared to what it would have cost at a local new car dealership - I saved over $700 on the hydraulic unit alone! The work was completed ahead of schedule and everything appears to have been done right the first time. Mike, the service manager, was a joy to work with and kept me informed through every step. Unless your vehicle is under a new car warranty, I can’t image taking it anywhere else. Pretty sure Ill be back.
