I was the third car to get to the shop when they opened. They pulled me into the bay and then proceeded to help four cars in the bay to the left of me before speaking to me. When I tried to roll down my window and ask how long it would be, or if they were gonna ever help me, the man mumbled under his breath, shook his head and walked away. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and the service of the employees. I’ve never had issues at any other location, so this is really disappointing. Then when i was finally taken care of… the total was 40+ what i have ever been charged here before. As well as they did not give me a new sticker telling me when I need to get my next oil change done.

Three bays but staffed to do one vehicle at a time. Was next to be serviced but took 25 minutes for the car being serviced to be finished so my car could be serviced. Did not check air or cabin filters. Did not reset 'service engine ' indicator. Wish they would check tire pressure and wash exterior windows as many other oil change places do (had two workers, one doing oil change and one walking around). When started service on vehicle, it took 20 minutes for oil change on top of 25 minute wait while the previous customer's vehicle was serviced. Not impressed by comparison to other oil change locations.

They suck fair warning to everyone. They are a predatory service because they seem to be knowledgeable but they tell you every time you need a cabin filter change…. They over charge then put it in wrong as well… Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve had numerous people have same experiences plus my own father in law who does mechanic work doesn’t trust them.

Horrible. Didn't even bother to fill wiper fluid. Had a veteran discount but they didn't apply it. How can you get 20% off an 85$ oil change and end up paying more than 85$. The math don't add up. Unfortunately i was in a hurry (5min) and wasn't able to explain the offense 😡

Service was quick but they said on receipt that the cleaned my windshield, checked my tires, topped off fluids and NONE of that was done. They never checked an air filter or anything. Never greeted me or said thank you just scanned my vin number and asked if I wanted the same thing. Was not impressed by employees at MLK Location in Fayetteville at all. Will be going somewhere else next time

Charged 120$ for a simple oil change. Tried to scam me on anything else they could think of. Will never be back. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else for less than half the cost.

Best oil change I ever had. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I had a speak request to use my own synthetic oil that I brought along with a quart of this special oil additive I wanted put in to help with a little oil consumption issue I’m having with my Audi Q5. They let me use all my products, did the oil change for me and even gave me a special price which was about 50% off!

They upsold me on changing out my coolant twice! My son took my truck in July and I paid for the service and this past weekend when I brought my truck in they told me I hadn’t changed the coolant an they refused to give me an oil change unless I changed the coolant as well. I argued that I had paid for that the last time but I couldn’t find the receipt. Sure enough, I found the receipt. I will not be going back.

My only complaints would be the staff acted like they could really care less we were there, less than friendly and we had to ask for a window sticker (reminder sticker). We had a great coupon $25 off is why we stopped in there. Probably won't go back because we felt like we were an imposition for the staff.

My second visit at this location was much worse than my first. The first time I took my car to this location for an oil change they were able to get the car in and out in less that 25 minutes from arriving to the line to leaving. The second time, which for the record was on a Saturday afternoon, took ~ 1 hour from arriving to leaving. There was one technician changing the oil for two open bays and the tech taking care info and payment was not able to accept coupons for discount codes. Overall the guys working there were easy to get along with, but in this instance I thought they would have been better labeled as “Take 65” instead of Take 5.

I will not be back. Offered $10 off on a filter knowing i had a coupon for the service for $25. Replaced filter but charged full price saying they could not stack coupons, all the while trying to sell cabin filter and windshield wipers for a discount price per item . When preparing to leave my car would not start. They told me that their jumper pack was broke and they would jump my car with their personal vehicle. Four technicians jumping my car, when i tried to start it every light on my dash came on. They said oops we got the cables backwards. Nothing would work after that They pushed my car outside the bay while i went to buy a battery down the street . The battery was low but still had life in it. Upon returning the manager became upset . We were replacing the battery and it still wouldnt start. He threatened to have me towed . Said he was tired of being nice and that if I didn’t get it moved they would call the police and have it towed. A friend pushed the car by himself to the back of the lot. I had to leave it overnight. After doing my own trouble shooting i found that when they put the cables on to jump it a fuse had blown. While i realize it wasn’t their fault that the battery went down i would have appreciated a little more compassion and understanding while i tried to get my car out of there. It was very obvious they were not seasoned employees. The whole ordeal cost me way more than a simple oil change.
