Our Daughter lives in Fayetteville and we live over 200 miles away. When she was left stranded, we worried because all we knew was she was about to lose her tire due to broken lugs. We contacted Fayetteville Mobile Truck Repair and from our initial to our final conversation we felt comfortable with their constant communication, their follow up and their good work. They followed up with pictures and details of the work they did. Their fees were reasonable and customer service was top notch. 7/16/2024 Review "Patrick called 2 days later to make things right so I will be changing my review" I APPRECIATE his effort to make my experience with his company right. I am Changing my review from a 2 star to a 5 star because of his effort to make it right and his apology for a bad experience. 7/14/2024 Review I would give a better review if Patrick was honest, I called at 10:07 am was told he would be there in 1 hr he did not arrive till 1:30pm his work was fine I was charged $825 to replace a lower raiaditor house a 90 degree part usually cost $40 for the part he did not have a 90 so he used a shoulder tube and cut it to size the shoulder tube worked the same as the 90 and cost is $50 to $60 for the part usually but I was charged $170 for the hose 3 times the cost and instead of saving 9 gallons of my anti freeze it was all drained on the floor so I had to pay for all new anti freeze I would not recommend using him for mobile services as he only cares for his pocket book then making sure a proper service is done my only hope now is that the anti freeze he used dose not ruin my truck as he brought out a unerversal type and from my understanding you need to use 50/50 red anti freeze but im not a mechanic so i left that to him he did advise it was no difference to use the anti freeze he brought. I hope this helps anyone that may be on the fence when looking for mobile semi repairs. Honesty should always be a compines number 1 priority.

Late last night I did a drop and hook in Springdale and half the brackets on both skirts were broken. I lucked out by going to Fayetteville Mobile Truck Repair's new location in Springdale Arkansas with most places closed today and no available parts untill monday. Fayetteville Mobile Truck Repair made a templat of the brackets and made the brackets I need, and much stronger material then what was on their. Their rate was very reasonable, and plenty of room at this location. I will be back, and consider them to be one of the top shops in the country. Lloyd Watson Auburn, Maine.

Patrick came out on Sunday for a air leak charged us $600 to fix a air leak just to get up to the next exit air leaks again then says we have an exhaust leak that is causing the problem comes back the next evening and was supposed to wrap the exhaust pipe with exhaust wrap he wrapped the air line with it and charged us $450 stating he wrapped it good etc only for us to get down the road and break down again at loves and paid them $675 to fix it the right way if I was going to pay him $1,050 to put wrap on a air line I should’ve paid for a tow I would stay away from this company on a mobile break down they just want money!

Corey the technician who came out was just amazing he actually taught me something about my tractor. And pat the guy who answered the call was amazing as well i woke him up out of his sleep but he was on it. Had a busted radiator on my 2021 Freightliner Cascadia around south of West Fork, AR on I-49N, even on one of their most busiest days they still went to the dealership, drove 30 minutes to where I was stranded then Patrick and Shevin got done with my truck all within less than 8 hours of me first calling them.
