These guys are top notch professionals, very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. The last two auto shops I had gone to in Fayetteville gave me the runaround about start date and completion date. Made an appointment with C&C and they took care of me the day appointed within a matter of hours. They also have a key box if you wanna drop it off after hours. Sincerely happy with their service and experience I felt like writing this review.

I bought a 2003 Ford E150 conversion van with multiple issues and went to C&C. I had visited them once before, years earlier with another vehicle and was pleased with their work, so I returned again. The multiple issues of the van required multiple visits and during each visit they were very thorough, informative, and professional. They addressed the van's issues as well as my concerns every single time. And each time, the van was greatly improved and my concerns put at ease. There were no surprise charges and their pricing was very competitive. When parts came in that proved to be defective, in one way or another, they warrantied the work completely and quickly. Over the course of the last couple of months, they have certainly earned my business and I will return. They're great folks doing good quality work, at a competitive price, in a timely manner. What more could one ask for?! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way!

I didn’t end up using C&C Automotive this time, but I did call and speak with Jake about a battery replacement for my older Toyota Camry Hybrid. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to do some legwork to see if he could accommodate my request. I ultimately went with the dealership since they could get me in the same day, but I’ll definitely choose C&C Automotive in the future because Jake was so great to work with.

My 2010 Chevy express was in 2 different shops for a total of 4.5 months. These 2 shops could not figure out my crank/no start problem. Finding a quality, professional, and trustworthy repair shop is getting harder to find, but C&C Automotive has proven themselves to be everything I have been looking for to service my vehicles. On my recent visit, I was looking for a second opinion for my transmission. A dealership stated I needed a new transmission (quote kept changing $10-12k), but C&C Automotive found a hose leak that lead to the primary cause of my transmission problems was low transmission fluid. C&C Automotive literally saved my $8-10k. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend C&C Automotive for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

took my sons vehicle in for a scan and to check the battery..... he left with a broken negative terminal that was just change a week before .... and no one told us it was broke...... would not and will not recommend this place for repairs
