Not only are the clerks knowledgeable and even trained in some repairs, they also know their store very well. I was looking for an obscure bit for my audi and they knew exactly where to find it and how much it was without even looking at the computer. They walked to the aisle and helped me find it and then even helped me find the tool to use it with. They go above and beyond to help their customers and they have far more stock than the competition. Prices are usually better as well! Thanks Autozone!

I went to this location on an accident, my daughter a UofA student needed a battery. The store manager Derrick went above and beyond to assist me! He greeted me as soon as I walked in. Not only was he very professional but also willing to install it himself! He also told me that my kid could come to this location and he would assist her with her car needs! It was obvious that this is the level of customer service you could expect from him. Thanks again for your help!!!

I want to appreciate a manager, Derrick! I was waiting outside for a family member who I had dropped off. While I was waiting there, he came out with a smile on his face making sure there wasnt something he could do to help me in any way! It made me feel secure in a welcoming environment! Derrick- Store 427, went above and beyond to help me out today. Without going into details, I am making an unexpected move and needed to tow my car to the shop because it wasn’t safe to drive but I was home alone with my baby. I was taking a chance in asking if I could tow the car there and just tow it back once the test was done. Derek assured me he could help without a tow and personally drove to my house to take my car back to AutoZone to test it returned it back safely with results in hand. No questions why, no judgement, he just made it happen. I was able to get my car towed and worked on before the shop closed for the day and I will be on the road again tomorrow. Thank you Derrick, for restoring my faith in AMAZING customer service and for going out of your way to help me today!! I’ll always call AutoZone first because of this experience.

So lucky Phoenix was working! Our very old, well loved Acura TL overheated and thankfully it was right by your store. My husband went in and bought antifreeze and came out to the antifreeze reservoir completely melted. He went back in and Phoenix helped him find the part and a few pointers how to fix it. Diana is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. As soon as the person I went in there with started talking, she raised her hand and rudely interrupted and started talking to us in Spanish when we CLEARLY were speaking English. So condescending and racist. Sighing and huffing like she doesn’t get paid to do her job. If you’re Hispanic, go somewhere else.

I was told by the local dodge dealership that it would take an hour maybe two to change a headlight bulb in my 2017 dodge charger and that at 4:00 I would need to try AutoZone or come in the next day. I went to AutoZone and Ms Jones came out and showed me how to change the bulb myself and also how to change my air filter that was way past needing it! She was so nice to me and to think I had bought my car at the other place! By the way, it took her maybe 5 minutes to change the bulb! Professional and informative!!! And did not talk down to me! Thank you for having great employees!
