Sebastian was great! He wasn't high pressure, gave us time to think and told us about Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep's double power train warranty, instead of 5 years or 60,000 miles you get 10 years, 120,000 miles. Was very patient with us let us test drive it. He had to go get the keys for it and it was raining. The doors were locked so he checked and the Jeep Gladiator next to us was unlocked so he told us to sit in that one out of the rain until he came back with the keys for the Gladiator we wanted to drive. He ask my Husband which route he wanted to take, either back roads or bypass. When we talked about looking at another dealership he was fine with that. Like I said no pressure but after the test drive my Husband didn't want any other Gladiator. He loved the color, which was Anvil, the way it drove, the build quality, the options that it came with, the incentives they offered and rebates. We got a decent trade in value for our car, even though we just paid it off and didn't have the title back. We were expecting to put a deposit on the Gladiator and pick it up when we got the title on the car. We'll to my Husband's delight we took our new 2025 Rubicon Gladiator home that day. Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep get a 11 out of 10 from me and Sebastian you get a 12 out of 10! You all were great.

Gabe was awesome to work with as well as their sales manager. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, stock number ready and everything, I bought a 25 Ram 1500 Laramie, which is already heavily discounted this month (7/25). But they did what they could for me to make it even better. Neither of them were pushy throughout the experience which is huge for me. Gabe was awesome is helping my wife, who did not know what she wanted. Gabe ended up helping her get into a 25 Gladiator Night Hawk. We did not spend all day at the dealership unlike some previous experiences at other dealers. After buying your car they have someone go over all the features and how to use them, they set you up with mobile apps and make sure all your devises are connected before leaving. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Lewis Automotive and Gabe again. Update: still 5 stars! We both got tint and Bed liner through the dealership. Everyone was great with scheduling, we got a courtesy vehicle and everything was done very quick. Thank you all!!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lewis Chrysler due to a rattling noise coming from the engine. They kept my vehicle for two full days, only to tell me they “couldn’t hear anything” and that it simply needed an oil change. I was charged $300 and told to call back if I continued to hear the noise. My husband asked them to check the oil filter, and it was clearly showed signs of oil leaking. We were told this “wasn’t that big of an issue.” The moment I left the lot, the rattling noise was still there. I called Lewis Chrysler back and was essentially ghosted—no follow-up, no concern, no accountability. About a week later, I took my Jeep to McLarty Daniel in Bentonville, and within one hour they diagnosed the real problems: bad engine mounts and a failing PCV valve, which directly explains why we’ve been hearing rattling while accelerating and oil was leaking into the air filter. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I felt completely brushed off, like they just wanted to get me in and out without actually diagnosing the issue. For a dealership service department, this level of carelessness and lack of follow-through is a little aggravating. Still waiting for pictures of the motor mounts that need to be replaced, but this is what my filter looked like.

Great experience here. David Dixon was our sales person and he was fantastic. Was knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at and was always happy to let me drive anything I wanted in order to make a good decision on what I ultimately wanted. I drive a handful of trucks on multiple occasions and it took me a while to finally decide to just special order one. He was always friendly and available to help. Truck came in and David showed up on his day off so I wouldn't have to wait an extra day to get my new truck. The other folks in finance and tech department were all helpful and friendly also. Was a great experience all around and I'd definitely do business with them again in the future.
