20 out of 10 for everything. The customer service, their communication, their professionalism and solution based approach was outstanding. I always thought that taking my truck to the dealership for service would be more expensive but in the case of Toyota Fayetteville it wasn’t, saved money the work was better than expected and their customer service was home!

I bought my car here and always get my service here. This last time took 3 hours (very unusual) It would have been nice/thoughtful if someone would have come and at least gave me an update. I kinda fell like they forgot about me until I asked finally asked what was going on?!! Anyways… service is usually great, I’ll keep coming back!

Service is good, most visits. This time, my tires were rotated. I got into the car and the tire light was on. You would think the person rotating the tires would check the light. It ended up being the air on the spare tire, but this was inefficient for several people (including myself). Hopefully it was a teachable moment.

Competency within this department is severely lacking. I have never had a positive experience with scheduling my appointments, properly receiving ride share services, and the techs are questionable. They completely missed a gapping hole in my tire (I’m talking a straight up slash that was actively leaking air). I’ve gotten two tires replaced under warranty at this location, but I was just told I don’t have warranty and I’ve only gotten one tire replaced. Rogers service department is 100x more helpful and knowledgeable. The 45 minute drive is worth bypassing the fight for proper service in Fayetteville.

Wait times are ridiculously long. I had an appointment but still waited over 2 hours just to check my tire. When I asked for a status update I was told that my appointment time was just for check in and not for the actual tire service. What does that even mean? My daughter’s last service appointment took 4 hours. I suggest you find a more efficient way to be considerate of your customers’ time - especially if they schedule in advance and are waiting in the lobby.

I always question why I take the time to make an appointment, but still have to wait 1-2 hours for regular maintenance. BUT, this experience was pleasant even with the wait because of lounge setup allowing me to work on my laptop. Robby greeted me immediately upon arrival, told me 1.5 hour wait that I think was sooner, and easy & quick checkout process and sharing helpful advice regarding my next service.

Wow your detailing service is awesome! My 2019 Lexus ES 300h looks like it just rolled off the dealership showroom floor. Engine so clean you could dine on it. Interior virtually spotless. Trunk looked like it was steam cleaned (I don’t know). Service Manager made oil change and detailing jobs seamless. Thanks for a great job!

This was the best Toyota dealership I have ever used for service. My son and were in town from Missouri test driving a Toyota Tundra from a local dealer in Fayetteville. There were some concerns with the truck and we called Fayetteville, Toyota and they squeezed us in same day for a used car diagnostic service. Everyone we dealt with from the receptionist to the service manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Chris Miller could teach a course on how to handle at treat customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that appreciates genuine customer service.
