Very very unprofessional, dirty business area, takes to long to fix car. Has a bunch of unfixed cars all over the shop, barely anywhere to move, and has a very smart mouth to the point u probably would slap the sh@& out of one of them. FYI, only 1 of workers speak ok English, that’s the 1 Ull probably have to slap

Either the guy does not know what I need, is just blowing some smoke or was not listening to my inquiry..100 dollars to hook his machine up for an audio digital turn on via VCDS. Cable to program is $199 in Rostech (bought cable but delayed in post)..to top it off was very RUDE and LOUD( probably why he was not listening). " I am not the only one who had this experience..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Relatively new to the Cleveland area and my car broke down, had it towed to this location, and it's a very good shop. these are good people and I'd reccomend them to anyone in the area. They do specialize in foreign cars which is one thing to keep in mind.

This guy is loud he is crazy he don't know what hes doing he charged me a $100 For a diagnostic and I Spend $400 in parts that he told me My car needed. And I still have the same problem I took it back to him and he tells me is because I put Universal parts when I did not. I will never come back here again if you need your car fixed take it somewhere else.

I can't say enough great things about this shop! I called around to at least eight different repair shops, and not a single one wanted to work on my 2020 AMG GT 63 because I had my own aftermarket parts. Every shop seemed afraid to touch a supercar, especially with non-OEM parts. Then I found this hidden gem, and it was a total game-changer. From the moment I called, the mechanic was confident and welcoming. He told me to bring my own parts, and he'd handle the labor, no hesitation, no runaround. I brought the car in, and he had everything installed perfectly within an hour. No BS, no inflated costs, and absolutely no pressure to fix anything that wasn't necessary. When everybody else quoted me their price, his cost was half. It was refreshing to work with someone honest, kind, funny, and incredibly talented. The shop itself is small, but who cares? The quality of work and the level of trust you get here are unmatched. This mechanic has been in the game for a long time, and it shows. It's incredibly rare these days to find a shop that isn't out to overcharge or upsell you on unnecessary repairs. This was my first time here, but it definitely won't be my last. Adam did an excellent job on my BMW 535i xdrive, I was so afraid I ruined my engine when I took my car to one of those 15 min oil change places, and they forgot to secure the top on the oil. Oil spewed everywhere, the entire engine was covered in oil and the car wouldn’t start. Adam took his time and delicately cleaned, repaired, and serviced the engine as well as changed the front differential fluid in my vehicle. When I got my car back it was running like a champ.
