They just leave alone to get what needed and let me come to desk when ready and ask if I have questions rather than the usual scream over the room to back of store and ask if I need help. Lol some places wont allow shopping anymore they just want you in out and gone hoping they dont have what you need so you will just leave.haha

This is the only auto parts store in Huntington that hasn't talked to me like I'm a moron. Most places assume that I'm more than just a little useless when it comes to cars because I'm female, but not them. They talk to me about the things I need and answer any questions I have. I tell all my friends (especially my female friends) that this is the place to go for auto parts.

MY HUSBAND BOUGHT 2 FRONT IDLER ARMS A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR OUR B 2500 DODGE RAM VAN . WELL THE NEW IDLER ARM BOLTS WOULD NOT WORK . MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE OLD IDLER ARMS BOLTS. APPARENTLY INVENTORY ARE NOT CHECKING THE PARTS VERY WELL. IS IT ROBOTS OR PPL . JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT THE NEW PARTS VERY GOOD.

Discovered I REALLY needed new windshield wipers... Found this out on a day it was raining cats/dogs, horses/cattle, and anything else to describe torrential downpour!⛈️☔ - 😂🤣🤣😂 So, I headed to Advance Auto nearest to me (like <2 miles). I went in, found the wiper blades I needed and took them to the checkout. I asked the guy if he would put them my car for me as my hand tremors were INCREDIBLY BAD that day. He looked outside and asked me with a straight face, "Do you have an umbrella?" I had to stop & TRY to recall where I'd put it in my car. Finally, I answered, "Yes. Indeed I do!", at exact same time he was saying, "It's only a joke!!" So I went and ACTUALLY got my umbrella and held it over him as he replaced them!! I really loved his ability to ask that question with a straight face!!

Quick and easy. Was there for a wiper blade in the middle of a downpour. The young lady working got the correct blade, had me checked out came out in all the rain while I stayed drying the car, and had my blade swapped out all within 5 minutes.

Auto Napa sucks, it's got all the parts you need still had to order. Most of them to another area. Please shut down this company, please. The only one it needs to be up and running again. And needs help is hurricane auto. My uncle only works there now instated. Get him up and running again. He's a hard good and working man. He needs help.

Came into this store just a few ago and was attempting to return some parts a purchased a while back granted yes they were greatly over the 45 day return period. I wasn’t trying to get cash I was hoping for a merchandise card at most. They processed my first transaction but told me the other 2 they couldn’t find in the computer so I would have to contact corporate for the return history number I did as the employee suggested to me and came back in the store to return it. I wasn’t being rude to anyone or being hostile to anyone simply just trying to get parts for a new truck I have and I had new parts from a truck I had sold that I didn’t use at the time when I came back in the door I was greeted at the desk by a guy in probably his mid to late 30s I sat the parts on the table and the first thing he does is look at the parts then look at me and says we aren’t returning those I asked why and he says it because it’s our decision and I’m not doing it I did the first one just to be nice as he standing there sweating and shaking like he’s gonna come across the table at me I asked the employee why he was being so hostile and he claimed he wasn’t I understand if you didn’t wanna return the parts but why have me call corporate to get a transaction number and then get hostile with me I just chose to leave before situations got worse because i didn’t know if the guy was gonna try something
