Five stars, due to Latoya being a superb worker. Four other workers bypassed me without a hello, or anything. One even acknowledged a dog, and continued to play with him while I waited. Latoya comes from another area to assist me, which doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Thank you Latoya keep up the awesome job!

Jeannie was a life saver tonight!! I can’t thank her enough for answering the phone at 8:58 when they close at 9, and getting a car battery ready for me to purchase, after I broke down for 2 hours and didn’t think I’d make it in time since I was 4 mins away!! With work in the morning and kids to bring to school tomorrow, She was my knight in shining armor tonight and I am ever so Grateful! She is one of the good ones left, and has put some hope back in my heart, that good people do still exist! You are a blessing, and I hope you are blessed for your kindness tonight!

Cleanest Store of any kind I've been in, in 2 yrs. This is the PLACE that has a built in Automotive Paint and Detail store inside. Talk about DIY. Even if you think you can't or don't want to... You will before you leave have to buy something that you will go home and do to your vehicle. Oh yeah! It's that exciting or awesome. See Jeannie. She's Pretty and She KNOWS her job. This Lady will hook you up, but MORE She will inform and educate you on anything they offer and whatever your needs. Just Go. You know somebody that needs some paint on their vehicle, so go check this place out!!

Terrible customer service. I was sold a bad alternator (not the first time ) I went through so much trying to sort things out with the manager and one of the men behind the counter. Absolute terrible experience. We finally did get it all sorted out but not even a simple apology for all i unnecessarily was put through. I hope I never have to go to that store again

I went there today,,,February 12th,,,purchased a battery for my SUV,,,and Janie ( I hope I got that right!) Was AWESOME!! she not only recommended the perfect battery for me,,,she installed it perfectly and quickly! She is amazing and I'll always return there for her expert advice!

Very orderly and clean store. The paint department has great employees. Two young ladies worked efficiently and handled an incorrect paint match together. Jeannie had the paint rematched and made sure it was the color expected. Looking forward to doing more business here.

The costumer service here a bad the lady from the paint station dnt want to scan the car to get the paint she send the ppl to the car to get the registration she dnt even mind giving u the wrong color we ask her to come scan the car and she kept making excuses at the end we left with nothing

We prefer advance auto but this specific store has the greatest associates!!! The customer service here is amazing, and all the employees that iv dealt with are truly the best of the best ESPECIALLY JEANIE! She is one of the only ladies they have working there i think, and let me tell you she made our day on Sunday. We stopped in to have our 3 month old battery tested because my vehicle has been having battery issues having to be jumped every other time i start it. Now mind you im pregnant with 2 children already so a battery purchased 3 months ago from walmart brand new, tested 0% power. Well little did we know it was give a battery away day or something like that and basically we got an amazing surprise of a brand new battery!! The employee Jeanie made sure we got the best of the best battery and she really went above and beyond to make our day she really blessed us and took time to explain everything! I just wanted to thank advance auto and thier employee Jeanie for making our day and blessing us! If any one has any auto needs I would recommend this location EVERYTIME! Thank you to this store and thier employees for restoring my faith in humanity and thank you Jeanie you deserve a promotion and a raise!!!

This is a smaller store with less to offer than the bigger stores. However, the staff will make sure to point you in the right direction and help you get what you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Store outside is very dark there is not enough lighting outside so females and families beware that the outside of the store is very sketchy at night time. They always have good deals if you ask the staff inside and willing to advise you of the best deals. Definitely worth going to this store.
