The service department in this dealership it is awful they don’t even come to greet you when you arrive, you have to get out of your car and try to find someone to help you, I came cause I had a tired sensor problem they’re talking about all of my tire sensors had issues when I had replaced all of them at home. Just awful service. Money seekers

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation under $100. That charge came to $114. Shop supplies were $9.60. It took 1.5 hours. The man said they are under staffed because an employee called in sick. So I paid 9.60 for a pair of gloves and waited because the HR department couldn’t keep the manning efficient. Poor!

The service in replacing the tire under warranty was great. However when I pointed out the two areas that require paint warranty work I was told the person I needed to see was in a meeting and not available. Alex took photos and told me he would share them and get back to me. Never heard from Alex yet. I found this to be an excuse to get me to just go away.

I was taken at my appt time. I had to wait as I had no way back to the dealership. They provided coffee as I checked my emails, while my 30k service was done. I was pleased with the time in which it was completed. The cost was fairly reasonable as well. I’ll be back for my next service visit.

Dylan Braden and the other lady were great on the date we "surrendered" the truck. Dylan is a super star and appreciated his help. Other than that...you know we are not a fan of Sullivan. You've had possession of that truck since Sept 2023 and had the nerve to tell corporate our truck wasn't on the lot just to delay our misery. Absolutely ridiculous what we went through and how you destroyed us. The vehicle was deemed a lemon in October of 2023 yet we had to pay out of pocket for a rental and pay for that truck!!!!! I cannot believe how horrible we were treated during this entire time. I do know that one of the employees that we spoke with in August-ish 2023 was so rude to me. And yes you're reading this correctly 2023!!! Our first Roadside Tow by GM was in April 2023 and that dealership had it for 45days. It only had 35,000 miles on it.

Needed first service on 2024 Hummer EV — made an appointment for 830am. Service requested was complete 3 hours later as I waited. All that needed to be done was tire rotation. Not sure why I needed an appointment as walk ins were taken first? Might need more help on weekends? Service advisor was professional.
