Worst mechanic in this state. Kept truck over a month. Demanded paid in full before starting. Started and using profanity demanded I tow truck when I question why it was taking so long. $1100 total and they kept $200 for the labor they supposedly did. Worst treatment I've ever had. DO NOT USE THIS DESPICABLE MECHANIC. DISHONEST PEOPLE.

These folks are super mechanics with excellent customer service. They pick up my rider, fix it quicker than ANY other place I've used, and deliver back; of course, they charge for that... gotta pay for the bidenomics error.

If you need any help with a lawnmower especially one that needs to be picked up because of the size don't bother calling anyone else as you will only be wasting your time. I've been to quite a few different auto shops but I've never been to one where the mechanics stand behind their work so well. Very honest people very honest business they're very good at what they do and they wont replace stuff they don't need to in order to find out what's wrong. They charge you for what needs done and that's it they replace anything that goes wrong or is defective with their work and wont charge you for it. This shop is all about helping others out been here multiple times and I've never had a problem. They replaced just the coils in my truck not the spark plugs, a coil went bad and they went ahead and replaced the coil and the plug without charge. If you bring them a task and they give you a price for it they charge the same price even if it was harder than they expected. I love this shop and will continue to bring my projects here.

Business can be seen from flow of traffic with an easy entry and exit. Upon arrival was met by owner Steve and reported vehicle concerns. After his inspection and test drive presented with solutions and options for repairs. A plan of action was agreed and all costs were given in advance including replacement parts, labor and taxes all inclusive. Appointments are not required but recommended day before drop off. My vehicle was brought in at 8:30a and I drove out by 5pm. I was more than pleased with the work done and price point was more than fair and well below what I have experienced in the Ocala area. It is easy to do business here and you will get a honest and very fair price for the work performed. Imagine that a honest mechanic with good pricing, very hard to find these days and I am happy to recommend this business. In addition to car repairs they also service small engines as well. I will be a repeat customer at A&b and think you will as well when you need your vehicle serviced. They do it all here, oil changes, a/c service and repair, transmission, tune UPS, etc. Stop by and see Steve and his staff, you will be happy that you did.......

I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond to help me fix my vehicle, as well as great customer service. customer care excellent prices well what I said turned out to be a lie. they stripped the screws on my air intake filter cover. they drink 🍻 during business hours and they have had to replace parts they screwed up. STAY AWAY. you have been warned.

I have been twice and I have to say they have gone above and beyond! The first time my starter wasn't working and I was going to miss a whole day of work. But they offered to drive me to work! The second time I came in was months layer and once again I had no way of getting home. They drove me. They where kind, respectful, efficient, and always ready to help. Even with the things they don't get payed too!

I was in Ocala yesterday visiting my daughter for her birthday and my front brakes stuck and I had to call AAA. I am 100 miles from home, limited funds and the heat is on. The tow driver Jon arrived within 30 minutes and took us to A&B who worked us in, even on a Friday afternoon! Two hours later, we were back on the road and made it home safely! Not only did they fix the problem (brake lines) but they kept me informed, did not charge for anything extra and was kind and honest ~ I would highly recommend their services for anything auto to small engine ~ Worth any drive for those needing reliable, affordable and honest service....5 stars !!

Car broke down on a road trip from Tampa to Savannah. Had to get a tow and ended up here. Would not want to have been dropped off at any other place. These guys were incredible. Like true family. Jet and Jesse will absolutely take care of you. Cannot say enough good things about these people. If my car were to break down in Tampa, I would tow it straight here.

Had my car tow to them on a Sunday because it was not running right after I had a clutch installed at another garage. I dealt with Jessie who told me it was probably my oxygen sensor. I’m assuming they are fixing it yet I see Jessie driving it around on Tuesday. Assumed he was “test driving”. Tuesday it wasn’t ready. Wednesday it wasn’t ready. Thursday I just showed up at garage to find out why it was taking so long to replace an oxygen sensor (which takes 30 minutes). Told him I needed my car back. He told me a story about how he was “test driving” it on Thursday when a line, which wasn’t attached firmly by the previous garage, had come apart causing my clutch to go out. Left him stranded. He made it to O’Reillys auto parts where he discovered the line had come loose. He then said that was the problem and I didn’t need an O2 sensor at all. He told me he should charge me for the tow bill and the supplies he had to buy at O’Reillys but he wasn’t going to. So the garage had it for a week and nothing was even done to it. I paid $100. For what? I’m not sure. I felt as though Jessie was just driving it around for a week. When I got in my car, my registration was missing from my glove box. There was a “dealer tag” on the back of it, instead of my tag. Jessie’s flip flops were in the back floor board. My shammy rags were missing from front seat floorboard. Someone’s toe nail clippers were in my middle console. The gas tank was on E! Tell me this guy wasn’t driving my car around for a week!!!! Wish I had written down the mileage before sending it the A&B Automotive. Will NEVER use this shop again.

What a Blessing this mechanic shop is to me. I was stranded 2 hours from home and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, knowing of what was happening with my vehicle, great prices, stayed around til my ride two hours away could come get me. Mr. Steve and his crew are awesome, they did an engine swap on my Honda Pilot and were very thorough. Did not take them long at all yo fix and are extremely reasonable on prices. Very friendly family owned place that I will be Recommending to anyone who needs their car fixed

Had my car towed here, Thursday morning it sat 3 days untouched when they told me they were working on it. I was told it was ready for pick up Saturday night after close but they wanted to keep it over night and to pick it up in the morning I call Sunday morning to make sure it was ready and someone else told me it hasn’t even been touched. We agreed on a price of 600 which I thought was outrageous because it was a sensor for $15 that needed to be changed. They changed the wrong sensor so they had to run out to grab the actual one I needed & still charged me for the other sensor. I get a call it’s ready to be picked up Sunday around closing time & they tell me it’ll be 800. I get a copy of my receipt and 2 sensors were $15 each the rest was “labor”. After I waited almost 4 days & was lied to the whole time about it being worked on & it being ready for pick up. Then I get told as I’m there picking it up the new price is 800 when 600 was what was agreed to. Insane, I will never be back.

Buyer be ware. I had them pick up my machine to electric work check the whole machine over and oil change. It got it back electric was not fixed I went 30 miles belt broke. They were suppose to replace shocks but did not they did not tighten shock bolts lugs were ridiculously tight. Still charged for shock replacement. They spent more time riding it then fixing. I know this because they used half my gas. I would not bring it back if they worked 4 free.
