Unfortunately, I was Driving through Ocala when my truck broke down. It was after hours so I had the truck towed to Mullin's. Jerry from OFD highly recommended them, said it was a great family business. I was greeted by Josh and Paul and they were excellent. Paul was very busy and backed up from being closed on Monday for memorial day. I explained the issues I had and he said he would try his best to get me back on the road today. Being unfamiliar with the area and staying at a hotel, Paul delivered fixing the truck before the end of the day. Very satisfied, I would highly recommend getting your car or truck repaired from the Professionals at Mullins. P.S. Dwayne, the owner came out to greet me and wish me happy and safe travels.Thanks again to all at Mullin's.

These guys are nice, helpful, and honest. They weren't trying to throw parts at my car just to pad the invoice. They aimed to do the work that my car needed and nothing else. You know how lots of car places feel like they're trying to swindle you? Or having you replace things that may or may not be the root issue? These folks don't do that at all, only fixing what is for certain the problem, and I will be back!

I took a vehicle to Mullins for an oil leak. The initial diagnosis was an oil pan gasket failure with a not unreasonable price to fix it. The staff at Mullins went the extra little bit and discovered that the problem wasn’t the oil pan gasket but the oil drain pan plug crush washer. The repair went from hundreds of dollars to barely $90. Needless to say their honesty and effort didn’t go unnoticed and is so appreciated. I won’t be going back the any of the quickey oil change places and I highly recommend Mullins for any automotive problems.

Paul in the Service center is one amazing guy. These guys are professional, honest and very personable. Toby in the Accessories side is amazing as well. Great products available at a very good price. Second visit. Once again, there is speed in trust. I had a friend take my F-250 (7.3) in and actually drop it off in the lot Sunday night. I left a note explaining the new batteries I put on drain and won’t start the truck if it sits more than 4-5 days. I also wrote, “do whatever you need to do”. Three days later, I got a call explaining the truck is fixed and ready to roll. I left it there for 7 days more (due to being out of the area) and called to see if they could start the truck. While I was on the phone, he walked out to the truck and it started. I picked it up a few days later and paid only $255. That’s the best money I spent today. What was wrong with it? It doesn’t matter today. It’s fixed. There is speed in trust, and I rightfully trust Mullin’s!

These guys are honest and produce great work! I took my 2002 F250 7.3 in when my power steering pump lines blew and they had me in and out within a day and a half. They communicated everything to me throughout the day and were super transparent. As I was checking out, a lovely woman behind me stated that she and her dad had been taking their vehicles there for 30 years and that really says something. Will definitely be returning for any future concerns!
