I came in on the 4th of July and wondered if the folks working would be resentful for having to be there during a sunny afternoon on a holiday weekend. On the contrary, the two young men working there could not have been more helpful and professional. Advance Auto Parts will be my #1 go to auto parts store from now on.

As always, a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had everything I needed in stock with great pricing.

Made the trip here for some adhesive, because it said in stock on line. The ladies behind the counter were too busy looking at a dancing bird on their phone than look for the adhesive. They said they dont have any, eventhough online it showed they did. Seems like they were more interested in the dancing bird than helping a customer.

Dude at counter very unfriendly and hung up twice. Sold me jump box but no way to charge. Soon as I mention USB to USB hung up. Go somewhere else if you need help. Lucky for 1 star

Sold me two defective starters I return it back to them and I buy a different brand and they charge me a core charge. Bad parts and terrible service! Don't shop here! And guys working at this location are not familiar with auto parts! Guy name Drew should not work in auto parts store... David needs to send him back to flipping ๐

I tried to go here approximately 30 minutes before the closing time stated online and on the door, yet the store was already completely closed and there was no one around or any indication as to why. I ended up going to O'Reilly instead, which fortunately is very nearby, and got great service there.

Never busy at this location. Few people working and ladies doing good job..price is good if you buy online with 20% coupon that I get emailed every time...not too many in stock items though

Brandon was amazing. He is arranging same day availability for an item not currently on stock at their store location. Great customer service.

Alright, as a total newbie to performing maintenance on my own truck Iโm so glad I came here. I was helped by Drew, whoโs pretty much the Ron Swanson of auto parts. He helped me figure out which transmission oil I needed, gave me a heads up on the information Iโd need when I come back to get brake pads, all without being condescending or annoyed I wasnโt 100% sure about, really, anything other than I needed the transmission fluid. Iโll be coming here for whatever I need to do next. He helped me feel confident in performing the work myself. Thanks, Drew. Youโre rad.

Old grumpy man was concerned about me swapping out the correct battery that was improperly purchased with a receipt. Told me to go drive a hour away if I wanted my money. Hope he never needs to purchase a car from our car dealership. Give him a hug so he stops hating his job.

This kind of experience happens in years. I went there to return the car battery which didnโt fit. The guy verified the fit and said it should fit. I explained and he agreed to refund. I paid $170.49 & he gave me back a receipt of $160.44. Thatโs $10.05 less. When I checked that and took the receipt back to him, he said itโs out of his hands. I said I should get back what I paid for. When I insisted, he started getting Rude and said "Do you want my Sympathy?". When I said can you cancel and give back the battery, he said that would cost $240. He started raising his volume and I left. He looks like a guy for whom customer service doesnโt mean anything. I donโt recommend shopping there as this guy has issues. It will be pain returning stuff.

Didnโt catch the womanโs name that helped me today but all I can say is she made my night. I came in with a failing battery and she was able to get one from another store and even install it for me. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend

This is a decent parts store, but not really the best. I like the one on Mill Plain across from Freddys quite a bit better. I've been here several times and they're usually pretty good. I stopped by there a few days ago and the guy there was very uninterested in helping which I thought was weird since I was the only customer there. Okay place, but not the best.

Store was understaffed. I was rudely greeted by the person behind the counter telling me that my dog wasn't allowed in the parts store. Told him I would take my business elsewhere and not return. I wouldn't even give this place a one-star rating, but unfortunately there was no option to rate them lower.

I purchased a tool here and it did not work for the job that it was designed for. It was a poor design. The store refused to take it back in perfect condition with the receipt. I am confident that just about any other reputable auto parts store would have taken it back. It is absolutely ridiculous to not refund a tool that does not work for the use that it was designed for. I will not purchase anything from Advance Auto Parts again. There are plenty of other auto parts stores that have a far higher standard for customer service.

Drew was awesome! Friendly greeting right as I came in the store, helped me find the correct wiper blades and then he installed them for me! Drew is knowledgeable and will help you find solutions to your car part woes. I'll be back for all my future needs.

New customer. Have been shopping AutoZone for 24 years. More and more I find myself going to Advance to get the parts I need. Service is better and staff are more knowledgeable. One thing I like is that they can tell you who makes their house brand parts which are often well respected industry names. They can also get hard to find parts very quickly. One sour note is their online parts system which has tons of bugs making finding and purchasing the right part a challenge at times. Needs work.

Terrible experience. Standing outside in the rain with them only allowing 3 people me in store at a time. The old man comes out the side door and says at 1:15pm they are closing the store because they've been working 16 hours. Unacceptable customer service. Review will be updated soon.

This is a great location for the store, easy access and easy to locate if never been before. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive. My only complaint would be that on a week night I arrived at 8:30pm to pick up a part I'd purchased online and the store was closed. The hours online were 7:30am - 9:00pm. HUGE disappointment and inconvenience.
