Nightmare. Went to advance auto to buy a part, they said they didn't have it in n stock at their location but that I could drive 9 minutes to another location, they had 2 of the part that I needed. I went to the second advance auto parts and they didn't have the part in stock that I just been told they had 2 of. I was told they had the part at a 3rd location..... I ended up going to O'REILLY'S auto parts, it was in stock.

I buy a lot of parts there. But the other night I got there 2 minutes before closing, the manager ran to the door to lock it, he opened it and told me we are closed, I told him I just needed a piece of hose. He told me to come back the following day. Lack of customer service I might just find a different company to buy my parts.

I really appreciated the younger Gentleman that helped me out yesterday. I didn't appreciate the bothered older Gentleman that was nothing but rude today. He was bothered by my presence the second I walked in. I also really appreciated the mubling underneath his breath that I'm sure he though I couldn't hear. Way to go Bud.

Horrible customer service. Got the wrong part from here. I wanted a refund. Guy behind the counter had a horrible attitude from the beginning. Started calling me a AHole in front of my father and other customer all became I ask for a refund. Last time I'll get parts from this auto store

Great experience. My first time and the guys at the counter were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, ask the right questions and offer good advice. All with a smile. If you don't see something you need, just ask. I couldn't find wire brushes and when I asked they told me they keep them in the back and immediately asked me what size and how many I needed. The prices are great, too.

Larry is the best! I came yesterday to have my battery checked and the guy working checked it said it was OKI said well I wanna get one cause this my battery is old 6 years so is there somebody here that can change it because it says online and he told me no absolutely not he said try in the morning so when I called in the morning they said no so I was upset because I already purchased the battery came in to pick it up To try to go and find somebody to change it for me and Larry was the one there and I said so there's still nobody that can change it and he goes yeah I'll do it for you right now !!
