I went in to get windshield wipers for my car, the impression was unpleasant, it smelled like food inside the establishment, it looks like a taco shop instead of an auto parts store, the smell of food is unpleasant and exaggerated, it is not professional at all

I tried to recycle my oil and filters but I was referred next door to Pep Boys because they told me they couldn't recycle my oil at this location. Either the website info is incorrect or the store employees just choose to not deal with it.

Had to exchange a battery from paradise valley. Same day, meaning its still under warranty. Im not sure what the guys deal was. He was already assuming the battery was old cuz of the manufacturing date “2/21”. Didn’t even check the receipt to see that i had just bought it 2 hours ago, telling me warranty is only 6 months. Blah blah asking me what kind of bike i have cuz there are lines around the battery due to tight fit in the bike. And he was like “i have the same bike, it shouldnt look like that, its not that tight of a fit” Regardless, check the receipt, check the item still under warranty then proceed to whatever you need to do. Keep whatever opinions you have to yourself. Unless i asked for it.

The comment about the taqueria is very funny, I thought someone was making a joke, yesterday I went to buy coolant for my 2004 Chevrolet the store manager talking about Thanksgiving dinner the funniest thing is that they were making beans inside the store as if they were selling food, definitely not a professional company I recommend Oreilly, has better appears and more profesional people

Very rude customer service the chubby mexican lady I don't remember her name, Maybe that's why the parking lot was barely empty went I went there few weeks ago to get help for an check engine light on. She told me to wait outside and she will go to do the code reader test on my car, but when she gets to my car she started talking to me like she is taking with a children, telling me to start the car and so on.

I would normally not leave a poor review but I am seeing this issue across all branches. The manager spead too thin with the skeleton crew of employees not caring about their job. Ive seen this at 3 different locations. My battery died while i was waiting for a part to arrive 2 hours late. The new battery died within a month. No warranty. No tools loaned to install the battery when it was purchased. Plenty of other places that actually care

I cannot express how grateful I am for the support Maria provided me today. Long story short, I needed a new battery and eventually a new alternator but Maria’s support to me is why I am writing this review! Maria was extremely helpful finding the correct battery for me and although I am pretty handy, she helped me with the install and provided keen insight based on her experience. Once it was installed, she tested the alternator and it turned out to be bad. After some thought, I went back in to purchase the alternator and another gentlemen helped me. We found what we thought was the correct alternator based on the computer recommendation but Maria stepped in and looked up the part via my vehicle identification number (VIN) just to confirm. Turns out the recommended part on the system was the incorrect amperage relative to the oem alternator and her double checking saved me hours of time and heartache. Most associates these days would take the recommended option and stop but Maria went the extra mile to make sure I was all set. The install was easy and returning the old alternator and rented parts was a breeze. Maria deserves far more than my praise and I will continue to shop at this store because of my experience with her! Thank you!
