I originally went in looking for a different car, but because of some issues with my credit, things didn’t work out as planned. Thankfully, Alex—who helped me from the very beginning—went above and beyond to find another option for me. He showed me the 2025 Ford Explorer, and honestly, I ended up loving it. He was patient, kind, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a huge thank-you to his Manager, Andy, who supported me through the credit approval process. Both Andy and Alex were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. They kept in communication with me through text messages and emails and made sure I understood every step of the process. In the end, I drove off with an amazing SUV and an even better experience. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience at Chula Vista Ford. The quality of work from their technicians was unacceptable. The vehicle was not properly serviced, and it felt like basic care and attention to detail were completely lacking. I left with more concerns than when I brought it in. What made the situation worse was management’s response. Instead of taking accountability or making a genuine effort to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem or stand behind their work. I would not recommend Chula Vista Ford to anyone looking for reliable service. When you trust a dealership with your vehicle, you expect professionalism and competence — unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our sales representative Franco was incredibly nice, helpful and most importantly not pushy at all. The sales manager, Brando even took the time to come over and introduce himself, which made us feel truly valued as customers. They promised to find us a great deal and they delivered! To top it off, their finance rep was able to lower our monthly payment which was a great surprise. Overall it was a smooth, positive experience and we’d definitely come back again for our next car purchase!

Very good service from Mario. He went above and beyond to make us happy and bring us the car we wanted from another dealer. He never stopped helping us, he answered all of our questions and concerns and he even try to accommodate all of our needs. Also, the sales manager came with us and introduced himself. He also explained everything to us, and if we didn't like something, he tried to improve it or discuss other options. I was raised to never take my car to a dealership for service bc it’s twice the price, but had to for a factory recall. I also got an oil change. It was about $60 more expensive than Jiffy Lube, but Darren made all the difference. He really made me feel like my car & my time were important. He went out of his way to call and explain the diagnostics to me, got the service done extremely fast, and went out of his way in general to be friendly and grounded. It’s such a rare thing, and I appreciate that level of care so much. I will be back!

John Steven is an excellent auto mechanic. He is very accommodating and keeps me updated throughout the process. He clearly set a timeline for when my car would be fixed and ready for pickup, and it took less than a month to complete the repair. He replaced my car’s engine under warranty, and now my car is running very smoothly and in great condition. They handled my car very well, and he explained clearly what was wrong, what was happening, and how it would be fixed in a way that was easy to understand.
