If you enjoy getting scammed - this is a great place to shop. Have fun getting charged $38 for a $13 wiper blade, and the attendant will make up a story about how expensive things are... Please - this is border line illegal activity.

World Chapter Center appreciates the professionalism and care that Gabe And Forrest gives to their customers. They both found an easy fix with our van and saved us money. Pretty good from my first 2 experiences. They're very organized. Update, this place has gone downhill unfortunately. No public restrooms anymore, if you leave your battery charging over 24hrs, they don't give it back to you, (batteries take longer than 24hrs to charge, we used to design batteries and fun fact I used to work for advanced auto when I was 19) very strict on returns and they are very very strict in opening at 730 not 728, even if youre standing out front on a work call and have basically no time to spare. Forest will let you stand out front and will legit stare at you, horrible attitude every time I come in. Don't think I'll be stopping here anymore unfortunately.

Absolute WORST customer service experience EVER!! Went into this store this evening to return some items that we had bought at the Boyette store (this store is on 301) and the gentleman behind the counter refused to take back our items. We had the original receipt and we were within the 45 days. He gave the excuse that he couldn’t scan the receipt because his system couldn’t read it, then tried to say we were past the 30 day window so I googled the return policy right in front of him and told him it was a 45 day policy. He insisted we had to go back to the store where we bought it from to return. I will never shop at this Advanced Auto again and if he thinks I’m done with this issue, he’s kidding himself because I will be filing a complaint with corporate! It was the end of the day, so now I have to wait another day to return. You are lazy sir. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with you.

I rarely do this but I just had too Good of an Awesome Experience at this Advance Auto Parts. Usually when I walk into these types of shops I’m not in too much of a good mood because it means something’s usually wrong with my vehicle. Today was not the case but I just wanted to give a shout of to their employee Diego! As soon as I walked in he gave me the warmest welcome I’ve ever received. He chatted with me and made eye contact with me the whole time. It’s sad that these days this isn’t as common when going into places of business but I’m so glad that there are employees out there that really take pride in their jobs like Diego! God Bless!

Come here if you would like no help and terrible service. Nobody wants to do their job. If you dont want to help people you shouldn’t be at a customer service job that requires you to interact and help customers. Very disappointed. Olivia do better.

The type of place where you aren’t welcome and are told to leave because apparently they close at 8:56pm not the official 9pm. I am just trying to return a part, the transaction would’ve taken maybe a minute or two tops, but the associates did not want to hear my request. I went out of my way to get here for this type of service and clearly they do not care about the business and are in a rush to leave home. And yes, I do have better things to do rather than writing this review at 9pm on a Monday, but I know this will help somebody in the future, and the business itself, because I do shop at advance auto quite often. I would think about coming here after 8:55 PM twice next time or just go to their competitor. There were 2 men (not saying gentlemen) inside, one with glasses and one in the picture, Thanks guys.

I bought a car battery because they said they’d do the install for free as long as it was before they close. The worker would not install my battery because he said the sun is setting, but the sun doesn’t set for another 2 hours so that’s a lie. Do yourself a favor and Go to Autozone instead, much better service

02/22/2026, I walked in for a return on my alternator purchased costing 347.00 at the this store on 02/20/2026, Never opened with the receipt. Never used. Spoke with Ayden the cashier. He advised that I cannot return it, even though it was never opened because Advance Auto Parts has a return policy that all electrical components leaving the store are non refundable etc. ***Consumers Be Aware.*** I went online to the non refundable part list. The alternator was not on that list. I advised that to the cashier of my finding per online policy. The GM Mark advised that he not refunding my funds. Plain and simple. Now I have to eat the cost of 347.00 car part that I do not need. The Return policy is very conflicting and people working at the store are using this at their advantage to protect their store numbers and screw ppl out of their money.

I went to a different store not naming, but walked in with receipt in hand explained what happened. Return without any problems or issues. Great customer service. Not even the store I purchased my alternator from. Further lets me know this store is protecting its numbers and using the policy and its loop holes to their advantage.
