Precision car Audio does great work. I’ve been let down in the past by other tint shops in the area, but this shop really came through. I love the ceramic window tint. Thanks for the great service. Editing for an update. I had them tint my wife’s suv and there is an issue with one of the windows. They keep giving us the run around with getting it fixed. They will give you great service until they get your money. After that, they care less. Definitely will not be going back. Can’t justify 2 hours of driving to receive this kind of service. Good look if you choose PCA.

I wanted Bluetooth in my vehicle rather than having To plug in my phone each time to access Apple CarPlay. Robert suggested a little black box that’s a USB plug-in rather than install some kind of integration behind the radio. The little black box was a lifesaver and of course money saver. I happened upon this place doing an online search for nearby window tinting. After reviewing a few places I kept coming back to PCA because of the great reviews I saw. I went in today with no appointment and they got me right in . I saw CJ who answered all my questions got me set up gave me an estimated time and told me he would call me when it’s done. The time frame he gave me was on point I went in and picked up my car and was overly satisfied with the finished product. I was already super excited because I just got my vehicle like 3 days ago and I was even more ecstatic when I saw the game changing window tint. I will definitely be coming back to this place and referring people to them and CJ. Thanks for doing a wonderful job.

Thanks again CJ and Robert for getting it done. The stock sound on the BRZ is lacking. With the professional installation of the upgraded speakers and amp, the sound is crisp, and paired with the rumble of my Juiced Pipes - it's amazing. The BRZ is my favorite ride.

Took my Fiat to get tinted yesterday. Asked for an ETA and was told in the afternoon and I would get a call… never did. Left it at 9am I called at 5:30 and was told my vehicle was still being worked on but to go. Get there, had to wait 30 min. When he brought the car it sounded weird. I brushed it off thinking maybe it was parked all day. I leave with my car and noticed it was stuck in 2nd shift. Got home turned off the car and it wouldn’t turn back on. Well come to find out, whoever put the seat back had disconnected a sensor and got the shift stuck. Anyway, fixed that last night. Now I try to put some bags in the back seat and I can’t open my rear passenger door. Guess what? They didn’t put my door back together. Honestly I don’t know what they were doing last night, or maybe cause my car is on the older side but I will definitely never go back here again. Update: Got a call from a PCA employee. He calls to say he would like to resolve the issue they didn’t create. He says that he spoke to his installer and supposedly they didn’t take the door panel off. So basically not taking accountability. I then proceed to tell him that if that would have been as he says how did not call me if the door didn’t open but the called me for my lock? Then to defend the business, he tells me that my Fiat has seen better days (so rude) and of course it has, before I took it there. So now my question is (although I told home before putting the tints that I was customizing the car) did y’all mess up my car and waited until 5:30 to get the car started because it’s has some dents and it’s q 2014? Then he tells me that the car was messed up because when he drove it to take it to me, when he turned the steering wheel a lite would also turn on to the direction the at was turning… It’s a Fiat they all have those fog lights that indicate you’re turning, you could’ve just said that in your 25 years in your career y’all has never had a Fiat b/c everyone that has had one or work on them knows this, so NO that was NOT my car acting up it’s part of the functions of the car. The employer was extremely rude during the call. For anyone that has an older car, I don’t recommend you taking it here because they just make fun of older cars and then down talk you. The pictures I’ve uploaded now show the dents he said that the car had seen better days. I’ll post a video later showing the bottom lights. Maybe this way the employee gets educated a bit. Oh and no, I was not rude at any point during the call. I did even let him know I was ending the call because he was rude and it was going nowhere. The call is recorded.

They don't honor my appointment! And came up with many excuses. Not how I run a business. 1 Called and made appointment, Showed up for appt, they said they did not have it on the books (failed). 2 The guy asked me to leave the car, I asked them to provide me with an Uber? (If no, I'm not going to leave the car, 2nd failed). 3 The guy informed me they had a bigger car with more glass that they took on. Go back to 1, I Made An Appt. Apparently a larger job puts a smaller job in back of the line cause they make more money off of the larger job (failed again). 4 I mentioned it would have been nice to have at least called me and reschedule, but he reminded me it was not in the books. Not sure how many times you can use that excuse when both my husband and I were on the phone when confirmed it with them. (Failed). I am sure the product and the work is great but I have taken the time to research them, make and appt, drive there. I would expect a business to provide reasonable customer service. They did not. Finally, in a 3 car household that rotates cars every 2 yrs... They will not be getting my business back.

Great experience. I had a small scratch on the windshield they replaced for me. Would recommend the front windshield ceramic tint 70%, makes a noticeable difference with heat rejection. To be fair, in their experience the scratch is not something they see happen from their process but they helped me out anyway. Very professional and the tint looks very good.

The guys at PCA are terrific. Robert, CJ & Harry were all a huge help. I went to them to help correct a botched head unit that was previously installed elsewhere. CJ & Robert took the time to answer my questions and troubleshoot my issues. They were both great. I also purchased an Alpine speaker and amp upgrade. Their work was top notch and their knowledge and experience is hands down, second to none. Harry was the tech that did a lot of the work with my head unit. On two occasions he came out to the car explaining settings and features. These guys went the extra mile in customer satisfaction…they made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work.
