GREAT SERVICE at MAVIS TIRES & BRAKES-BIG BEN RD, About four weeks ago, I had Mavis installed four new tires on my SUV (tires I purchased elsewhere) and the price for installation was very reasonable. Recently, I started having an issue with one tire constantly losing air and wasn’t sure why. I stopped by the shop, and Christian was extremely helpful and friendly. He checked the tire right away and discovered a nail was the cause. Christian went above and beyond by fixing the tire at no charge. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and honesty. I can’t say enough about the team and service received at Mavis located on Big Bend Rd. in Riverview. The environment is very welcoming from the first moment I walked in Steven greets each and every client and customer with a great smile and a friendly attitude. He provides updates on your vehicle and the service being rendered and ensures that you are satisfied, as he also makes sure that everything is done to standard and beyond. John, the technician was great and insured my vehicle was serviced and repaired in a timely manner. Sooo, I went to the big bend location because I bought tires from the Gibsonton location 1.5 months ago. They checked my car and told me i needed tires. The company did not stand behind their warranty for the tires i purchased in January. It should be against the law for these companies to keep ripping off hard working people like myself. I moved to this area and thought I could trust them since there are so many locations. NEVER AGAIN!!! I'll travel back to Brandon even though it's farther.

I’m so impressed with this location. Our advisor Christian is an Encyclopedia of automotive knowledge. He can actually explain our problem even my kid understood. The mechanic, Adam is the reason I was compelled to write a review. For my entire visit Adam was like a shark cause he never stopped moving! As a result, one of the fastest tire changes I’ve ever experienced. Every Mavis Tires & Brakes are not the same.
