I read looking for the glue to replace a windshield with, come to find out they discontinued it!! So I found it at O'rileys in Ruskin. The gentleman at this store was more than helpful.. checked in multiple places throughout the store and even took the liberty in looking up the product store wide, even to see if we could order online! Exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE! but.. no product, no problem. Still will use store again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANKS AGAIN!

Advance Auto is usually great with good price and quality products, that's why I'm disappointed with the customer service side after my last visit. Went into the store, they ordered a reman motorcrft power steering pump from the distribution center, went in the following week to pick it up and they couldn't find it so they were going to call me after they spoke with the DB center. I guess the pump wasn't actually in stock so I will have to come in for a refund, which is no problem. After coming in for a refund I was shorted $12 and some change so I asked why that was, the rep said they can't refund the shipping charge as it doesn't allow them. Well that's ridiculous since there was no product in the first place so shipping never happened. I was told I had to call the customer service number. So I did and the phone rep said the same thing and that it's up to the store if they can refund so the rep and to call the store directly. After all that the phone rep said we don't usually do this but we can refund under a customer satisfaction return or something like that. So the store rep gave me a refund(I didn't even get the full refund, got like $11 and some change back, I am guessing they didn't credit the tax back, like the gov't needs anymore more but it was such a hassle at it is I just didn't care at this point) I can see if I got the pump and returned it I wouldn't get the shipping but this wasn't the case. It just blows my mind how they did not want to give me a full refund for a mistake they made on ordering a part that never shipped because the part was never in stock is just crazy.

My morning started out no so great. My battery was dead and I had purchased from Advance in June. Came in Carlos was very helpful. Quickly checked it and determined it was a faulty battery. Went above and beyond to install and clean the area. Also let me know I had a bad motor mound. Filled my anti-freeze and windshield wiper. These days you do not get that kind of service anywhere. Olivia was also very helpful in the return process and suggested purchasing an additional 6 month warranty, which was a great idea.

No sense of customer service 0-10 especially OLIVIA I spoke with her today around 7:30pm about an online order information. Rude tone on the phone and also in person when I got there. She was talking over me and also kept saying go get the item while I was asking simple questions about the item, after the return was finished instead of letting me know anything (example: how I’m going to get my return, is that all, have a good day, do I need anything else etc) since I obviously didn’t know how the process works hints why I spoke with her before coming in store about the process THEY WALK AWAY AND SIT ON HER PHONE. Also she’s a push over the poor cashier was so confused because of how fast she was talking and rushing me he couldn’t even process what was going on.

The local Brandon Walmart doesn't carry this or do more advanced car repairs anymore so I came to your Advance location to get the filter which you carry. I would like to start by saying thank you to this amazing person CARLOS from store 9511 Riverview, this guy is very knowledgeable pretty much every question was answered and explained. Also checked my battery and the result was that I ended getting coolant since it was very low and the battery was fine. He also saw that my brake fluid was low as well. Rude girl at the register. I bought some new windshield wipes and asked her to install them. She didn't install them right and pretty much was obvious she didn't want to be there. Shocked at the bad service because I've always liked Advance Auto Parts. Maybe its time to clean house?

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service. If I could give them a zero, I would. I called the store and the line was disconnected three times while I stayed on hold so I had to keep calling back. When they answered me the fourth time they got annoyed with me. I tried to explain that it was their line that kept hanging up on me, but I was already put on hold again before I could finish my sentence. When I finally got to talking to somebody, they were very rude. PLEASE do not waste your time these folks. They don’t deserve your money. They are also WAY overpriced.
