Worst Customer Service ever. My daughter and son-in-law who is in the military, had their car aligned, and upon picking up the car it feels very unstable, my son-in-law has to go on military duty, leaving tomorrow morning at six in the morning. So we came to the same location to have them correct the error, and Brandon at the front desk, said that he could not guarantee that they could take care of the problem, but it could be done tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is not an option, so I just want to document if something happens safety wise to my son-in-law while he is serving our country, on his way for training, that Brandon and Firestone are agreeing to be liable. Brandon insinuated and said that he is trying to work with me, but I am not willing to work with him being that my son-in-law and I’ll bring the car tomorrow at 8 AM when they open. But the fact of the matter is, he has to drive early in the morning and unfortunately the military is not willing to work with Brandon, to fit his schedule. When asked to speak with a manager, Brandon said he is not available, this is a terrible customer service, they simply do not care. I’ve recorded the conversation and am documenting this here and hope that everyone be warned that they’re not willing to stand behind their work. They have a sign saying that they are willing to go the extra mile, but clearly that is not the case, at least for Brandon and this Firestone location. I am a small business owner, and I cannot understand for the life of me why they simply do not care. If you choose this location, be warned.

Work performed without delay. Although I did not ask for further car inspection, it was done and needed service items were brought to my attention. Thank you. However, the morning check-in was less than welcoming. A little customer service goes a long way but a little snarky attitude goes on forever. Plus, there were workers performing maintenance in the ceiling, while people sat waiting. That work might have been done before opening or after hours. Who knows what was being scattered into the air we were breathing? Although the actual car repair experience was fine, the experience at the counter and waiting area, where Firestone is usually excellent, could have been better.

I went to Firestone for the first time for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of three tires, with all four tires supposed to be balanced and aligned. I also approved additional services (wiper blades and air filter). After picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed excessive shaking at highway speeds (65–75 mph). I returned to the store and waited another hour, only to find out that none of the wheels had been balanced, despite paying for that service. They also then identified a bent rim. While the staff addressed the issue after I returned, the vehicle should not have been released in an unsafe and incomplete condition.

I walked in and explained my check engine light was on and needed to know why. They told me they couldn’t look at it until Monday morning which I said was fine. I get a call Monday morning and was told about other issues on top of my engine that I didn’t ask to be looked at. When I came to pick up my car later that evening, I was told I had to pay $140 just for them to look at the overall situation of my car. I never told them to do a full inspection. I also was not disclosed in the beginning about a fee to begin with. When I asked why they did a full inspection when I didn’t ask for that, the worker just stared at me and couldn’t give me an answer. Very upset and dissatisfied about this, don’t plan on returning.

There are a number of reasons why Firestone is one of the best options when it comes to automotive services in Riverview. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you work during the day, it is easy to schedule an appointment with them in the afternoon, which is convenient if you have a busy schedule during the day. As my tire pressure was dropping every day, I came after work and they located the nail and immediately fixed it for me.

My overall experience was good! When I arrive there was a short line… One of the service guys Joe acknowledged us and let us know he’ll be with us soon (it’s not an issue waiting it’s the acknowledgment that he gave that goes a long way).Before Joe got me checked in he confirmed my services that I was getting done and the price I would have to pay he also informed me that during the inspection of my vehicle if is there’s any suggested work they recommend they will let me know before those services are rendered. Chad was the one that assisted me next after inspection was done to let me know the services I needed… he outlined which ones were a priority and which ones I could wait on. He provided pricing for the services and confirmed what the total cost would be out the door including taxes. Even at my big age I still call my Pops to make sure everything I’m being told is up to par. Chad explained everything to my Pops and my Pops gave his approval that everything sounded good and to go ahead and get the additional work done! Kudos to Joe and Chad for being transparent and providing good customer service! Thank you

This was my first time at Firestone. I was so satisfied with the Customer Service Representatives, Brandon and Eddie, who were absolutely wonderful! A service needed to be done and they explained why. I was impressed most of all because I was not pressured in any way whatsoever to buy extra services. I was going to Kia of Brandon since I bought my car for servicing, but I believe I have a new place to go at Firestone!!
