So much more than tires and oil changes. Truly excellent local mechanics. They treat your car like it was your own. Friendly people easy to deal with. I even had an issue where they found the part that I needed to repair the fuel system of my truck and the dealer’s part was crazy expensive so they got creative without me even asking and was able to fashion a work-around. Saved me a lot of money. Also, they were great with providing tires for my Tesla. Lots of shops don’t want to deal with Tesla, but they have no problem with them at all. You won’t go wrong using this shop for all of your car needs. Veterans/Military get a 10% discount. Our neighborhood is blessed to have them.

Love these guys. I always bring my car here for an oil change because they’re polite, professional, and don’t try to sell me on random services. Recently they did my alignment and today they hooked me up with patching my tire from some screw that was deflating it. They’re friendly and have reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place, better than the other local shops I’ve visited.

I really do appreciate the guys that work at Express. They are always professional. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car when it had to be fixed. They are also very aware of cost and they do their best with applying discounts and using their coupons. I always get my oil changed here and they are the first to go to when I have other issues with my car.

These guys were great, fast and did great work on my car. Took my 1994 firebird for an alignment after installing a fresh new front suspension and they got everything dialed in perfectly and I had the car back within a matter of hours. The service technician and service writers were very polite and professional—easily deserving of an extra star for their courtesy and demeanor. Unfortunately, the one factor that discouraged me from returning for future service was the strong culture of upselling. I understand that part of their responsibility is to highlight potential safety concerns, or at least frame recommendations in terms of customer safety. However, I ultimately left disappointed and without having any service completed because it felt as though there was an unusually heavy emphasis on persuading customers to purchase additional services. In particular, there appeared to be considerable pressure to replace tires that did not seem to require replacement, along with other recommended services that were not supported by sufficiently clear evidence that they were actually necessary. To be clear, no one suggested anything outright absurd—like needing a “muffler bearing”—but the explanations surrounding the recommended parts and services felt uncomfortably close to that level of exaggeration.

My son brought his car in to check the tires the staff recommended that he replace the rim and didn't try to upsell him. They even recommended that he buy a rim somewhere less expensive. They put his tire on the new rim....two visits and charged him $0 even replaced the battery in his key fob for no charge. The staff is honest service is excellent. Highly recommend!!!!

Just got an oil change and headlight fixed and had the best experience. Kyle and Grant were amazing. Very informative and quick. Grant let me know that a cleaning solution was deff needed and that I need to look into new tires soon and Kyle had my headlight and oil changed before I knew it. I had a really great experience when I came in for my oil change, and Tyler was the one who helped me. He was very professional, polite, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that he didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything extra and just focused on what my car actually needed. The service was quick. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, especially since car maintenance can sometimes feel overwhelming.
