Went there to buy a battery and purchased it for $200. I asked the guy to put in for me (willing to pay for the service and help of course) and he pointed at a bucket of tools on the floor saying "there you go , do it yourself".i was out of town with my kids on vacation with random car troubles , just trying to keep clean so I went to an auto shop , paid them for installation services. While I was at the auto shop , they called me with the accusation of stealing their core battery for leaving sight to change it when they refused to help. Demanded it be returned. I would not recommend their services or use this establishment. They are lazy and lack the effort to actually help or make a difference.

I was honestly really impressed with his attitude in handling my question. Good job . I stopped in today to get a tag light bulb for my Mirage and the associate was very kind and courteous. He assisted me with showing me how to do one of the bulbs and I finished the other one. Great customer service, but their system sucks. 1 piece out of a 5 piece order didn't come on, and they had to cancel the whole online order that was paid for, pay again, and wait for a refund from the order that was canceled. Smh. Must be a system made and managed by old people

Terrible customer service. I went in last week to have a battery replaced under warranty. The store manager, Eki, assisted me. He tested the battery, confirmed it was bad, and started the warranty process. He then asked whether my car had been recoded the last time the battery was replaced. I told him I wasn’t sure. He explained that since we didn’t know if the car had been recoded—and because they don’t have the tools to recode vehicles—he would not install the new battery and told me I would have to do it myself. I informed him that the location where I originally purchased the battery installed it without any issue and never mentioned this liability. He dismissed that, said it had nothing to do with him, handed me a cart of tools, and essentially told me “good luck.” I then called the original store, explained the situation, and asked if they would install the battery if I came back. They said they would, but since the warranty process had already been completed at this location, the battery had to be installed there. They contacted Eki directly and asked him to complete the installation. Eki came back out and said he would walk me through the installation but still wouldn’t do it himself. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to install it. During the installation, however, he had to go back into the store twice to get additional tools needed to finish the job. Afterward, I asked what I could do to avoid this situation in the future. He eventually told me that they will never be able to install a battery in my car because of the type of vehicle I have—regardless of whether it’s recoded or not. If that’s the case, why ask about recoding in the first place? Sending a customer out to install a battery themselves without providing the necessary tools, combined with poor communication and inconsistency, shows a lack of care and professionalism. This is not how you treat a returning customer. I hope some accountability comes from this experience. Take care of your customers.

I always go to this store first for everything I need. While their entire staff has always been helpful and professional, there is one young man there - Henry (Hen) who always goes above and beyond for me. He is courteous, thorough, and patient. He is the very reson I choose this store and why we chose to set up a commercial account at O'Reilly when we recently started a small towing company. I would rather do business here even if it costs me an extra dollar, but that never happens. Thank you for such quality and professionalism!

The store is closed and I have been waiting since 8 o’clock. 10 people are waiting for the store to open. Bad business. It should open at 7:30 am. This employee is trying to keep the customers here.
