I came today having problems with my engine overheating, and Ken B was so helpful, patient and kind towards me! He was very gentlemanly, took a look under the hood, gave me his honest advice and opinions, gave me some lessons and taught me about the coolant system and it’s cycle(!), applied coolant for me and sent me on my merry way. Very pleased I was helped by Ken in my time of woe 🥹 thank you!!

I brought in my battery for a warranty replacement and the manager just brushed me off. He told me to go to a store 40 minutes away to replace my battery when the day before I came to the same store and the gentleman working there said that I would just have to get the manager to replace it here, but I had to drive 40 minutes away. I called the store before I went there the one that is 40 minutes away and asked about changing the battery and they said he should be able to change it there. You don’t have to drive all the way over here and then I went to another store and they changed the battery there so the manager needs to get it together. No one should have to drive 40 minutes away to a different store to change the battery when their store is perfectly capable of changing the battery. The service was really bad.

If your job is to run a diagnostic on my car then drop the attitude. If you don’t want to do that part of the job then go somewhere else and work. Customer service is not what it used to be!!!

I placed an online order for same day delivery. After a few hours, it still had not been delivered, and an email notification said the delivery had been canceled. The employee on the phone, Keven Rivera, didn't know why the delivery would have been canceled, so he offered to drop it off on his way home from work. This was a wonderful gesture from a super helpful, courteous employee. We really appreciate him going above and beyond to provide great customer service!

Got a battery it was installed quickly and professionally just wanted it to be done but the tech had to test this and that and it just aggravated me more cause I was already aggravated having to buy a 250.00 dollar battery as it was. The tech was nice and polite but I was hot aggravated and just wanted my battery changed not tested and having to do this and that when I knew it was I needed a new battery. My low rating was just because I was mad it was not the store or the tech it was my being mad at the whole situation and me being very hot and hungry and just wanting to get the replacement done without all the testing ect.

I walked in that store at around 8:30 am , on October 28 , the two stuff members behind the counter, had a conversation with each other, the store had no customers at that time , I felt like I had to interrupt their conversation, by asking if they had a Coolant for my BMW , he then looked it up on his computer, as he continued talking to his coworker, I didn’t want to interrupt him but then he showed it what type I needed , I said I have a Coolant in my car but wasn’t sure if that’s the right one , he replied with YOU could have googled it , I then said I also don’t know where exactly to put the Coolant in , he said, I have to go to a BMW car dealer, NO WILLINGNESS TO EVEN SHOW ME WHERE TO PUT THE COOLANT IN , and no service. These two guys were not helpful and not educated enough to know where to put that in . No concerns to customers!

I wanted to say thank you so much to Kevin and the other gentleman who helped me when nobody else would. I have gone to three different parts store and everybody told me they couldn’t help me. I have a special-needs child, which makes it even harder for me when I’m trying to get someone to help me because I have to continually get them down from the car, but as I was just getting my son out of the car, one of the employees walked past me, I asked them a question he said pop the hood and I left with my problem solved. Thank you guys so much for taking the time to listen and help out a mom.
