I had scheduled an appointment on a Saturday about a week or so ago to get two tires replaced and a wheel alignment. When I arrived, the person at the front counter advised that they might or might not get to it that day due to only having one employee working, and the other employee there was limited on what they can do since they were injured. I understood and since it was not guaranteed to receive service that day, I cancelled and just looked for another day throughout the following week. I rescheduled for just a wheel alignment since I bought my tires elsewhere. My appointment was today 9/19 at 9:30am. I get there around 9:15am, and the energy from the people at the front counter was draining to say the least. How is it 9 in the morning and the first people you see when you walk in have no customer service skills at all. I tell them I have an appointment for 9:30am and they tell me it’s going to be 3 hours. I wait 3 hours at the Starbucks next door and nothing, car sitting in the parking lot and nothing done to it. Not the first time I have encountered long wait times with no resolution for what I went for. For my peace of mind, I will never book any services again at this location.

I had a slow leak and I took the vehicle to several shops on the way to work and they all turned me away. Tire Choice was super busy and the young man asked me if I was waiting for it. I told him I would walk back to work and leave it. He got to my car with in 2 hours after dropping it off. It easy ready to go and the charge wasn't that bad. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is in a bind and need help right away. Thank you all for the great customer service and also the information on tires.

I’ve taken my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there multiple times for serious issues and I’ve had great results each time. Customer service is always over and beyond, time of service is always efficient. I’ve never been in a situation where they are holding my vehicle for long, they have me in and out. I recommend anyone in the Riverview area to bring there vehicle here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and accountability at this location. I brought my car in for service with 117,000 miles on the odometer. After the visit, my Carfax now shows a mileage discrepancy because a technician incorrectly entered the mileage as 30,000 miles instead of 117,000. This is not a minor mistake — a mileage discrepancy can seriously impact a vehicle’s value, resale, and credibility. I returned to the shop to have the error corrected, and instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, I was told “there is nothing we can do.” That response is unacceptable. If technicians are entering data that feeds into Carfax, they need to take accuracy seriously and be willing to correct errors they cause. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who cares about their vehicle history or long-term value.

I would give this experience and shop zero stars if I could. A 830 appt and don’t get in till 1030. Replace three tires. One hour later still no tires on car. This will be a $700-$800 purchase and the worst customer service and no urgency in the shop. I will never be back and will make sure no one I know comes here. Stay away unless you don’t value your time because sure as hell tire choice doesn’t.

It was easy to obtain a next day appointment to replace 4 tires from Tire Choice. The tires I were available and my auto was serviced promptly. It was a pleasant surprise to have my auto back in 2 hours despite the number of cars there. It was just as easy checking out. I am never disappointed when I choose Tire Choice.

Today, 11/28… day after Thanksgiving. Had to come down to the Riverview area for someone’s appointment. I decided to eat up some time and go holiday shopping. Mind you it a chilly FL morning, just barely 45 degrees. I come out from Marshall’s and my vehicle won’t start. I walked across the parking lot to your establishment. Carols had two of his staff go to see if they could jump the car, success!! They drove it back over, checked the vehicle and battery. Said battery was dead, needed to be replaced. The staff were professional, sincere and efficient. I can’t thank them enough for doing all they did to help me. Thank you Carlos, Linda, Derek and Steven for being you!

Made an appt. Took my car in for an oil change. Was told my car will be serviced after one hour. 4 hours later my car just gets in the bay. They didn't rotate my tires claiming because of tread when my car is all wheel drive and I asked them to do it. Wrote down the wrong milage on my sticker showing my car was 5k miles over which was wrong and got attitude when asked why it took so long. They were previously great when I took my car in for tire warranty service. Idk what happened but the customer service and experience was awful this time. Unfortunately, I'll have to find a new place to take my car to in the future. I recommend you take your car somewhere else than this shop.

I went to Tire Choice to get two tires installed that I had already purchased. I was told it would be $33 per tire, not including taxes, and I made an appointment based on that quote. When I arrived, they confirmed they could see my appointment but said they could not get to me that day and told me to come back tomorrow. When I returned the next day for the exact same service, the price suddenly jumped to $433.88. I was then told that their call center is based overseas and often makes incorrect appointments and gives incorrect quotes. Even with that excuse, installing two tires should cost no more than $100. Nothing about the service changed except the price. The way I was spoken to made me feel dismissed and treated as if I was lying about the original quote. The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for honest or reliable service.

I first took my SUV here to get an estimate. Everyone from the guys who work in the front to the mechanic were all really friendly. The mechanic (Arturo) explained everything and I made the decision to get the work done here as they were very upfront and honest. I did have a question about one line in the quote and Alfonso was very nice to explain it to me. They made sure to have the parts ordered before my appointment. I dropped my car off at 8am...the part I was a little disappointed with was how long it took but the fact that they did quality work...it's no biggie. I had to call them as I knew they closed at 6...I arrived at 6pm and the mechanic was finishing up. As he backed the car out of the bay...he saw me and made sure to show me that my windows worked again (motor and regulator assembly had to be replaced) and then showed me all the various lights worked. The woman in the front was very friendly and helped me check out. Very happy with the service there.

The young lady at the front counter on Sunday was wonderful. I came with no appt at 8am waited in the parking lot until they opened at 9 I had gotten a flat right before having to drive 150 miles and she got me in and out. The mechanics were also so helpful. I would def go back there again.

This review is for the customer service. The two people at the desk literally forgot about me while I was in front of them. I even greeted them and they didn't respond. It was like i was disturbing their chat. Black woman and skinny white guy. They were chatting amongst each other while I waited to get my keys back. No common sense to say " hello, we'll be with you shortly" just total disregard. So rude.

My car needed a new muffler. I called and asked if they replace mufflers. The nice lady on the phone says they do. Schedule appointment, drop off car. Kid at the front desk says he doesn't think they do mufflers. Goes in the back and confirms they don't do mufflers. Ask why the lady on the phone said they do, kid says it's a "third world call center" and that they dont know what services are offered. Can't make this ish up

I called, and my next day appt was created promptly by J. Upon arrival my car was cked in promptly by a Rep. The turn around time was great. Tyrone the Mechanic gave me 1 heads up for an item to be addressed. My ck out was well done by the Rep. I asked a question about what I could do to maintain my vehicle. Elvin, gave me great info. I had an awful experience with another tire choice. But I had an emergency situation with my truck. Scheduled an appointment with this one, they took my truck right in. J was awesome! She explained every detail and kept checking in with me as well as with the mechanics. One of the mechanics took me into the bay to show me the issues. I appreciate that so much! Because I feel it was truthful and honest. J told me it would take a day. And it was exactly that. She was so professional and patient with all the questions, concerns, even regarding the cost. Great experience. I got two 3” driver bits that punctured my tire today and left me stranded. I called Tire Choice Auto Service Center and Alfonzo told me they could get the tires I need at the shop in 1 1/2 hours. So when I finally got the car towed there, the tires were already waiting, they got my car on the lift and had me in and out. Great service everyone was extremely helpful!
