Dave at Motoworks has the best service you could possibly find anywhere. This season I purchased a Honda ski that I was unfimilar with. Dave spent hours on the phone with me to resolve my skis issues with his increditable knowledge and expertise. People like Dave are a dying breed and I will continue to commit to buying parts from him due to the service and the above and beyond attention he has showed me every time I call. Thanks Dave !!!!!!

Great mechanic!! Honest and trustworthy, Dave is a real stand up guy. Even before I brought my bike into him, he helped me troubleshoot on the phone. Not many mechanics will do that.

Dave replaced and balanced both tires and a broken impeller shaft bolt on my alternator on my 4th generation Triumph Thunderbird. Perfect work, he explained to me what he was going to do, and had it ready for pick up when he said it would be ready. Not only that, but I keep my bikes in immaculate condition, it was returned in the same immaculate condition. How often does that happen at other dealerships? I've been riding for 40 years and his prices are more than fair, and better than any others in the bay area. I highly recommend, he's my go to guy now.

Dave the owner was willing to give me 45 minutes of his time on the phone making me feel comfortable with my purchase and not rushing me like dealers normally do to get to the next customer. I can't wait to see the finished product of my bike when he is done adding new tires and a slip on exhaust! Thank you so much Dave!

Dave is the best mechanic around, hands down! He won't try to charge you for services you don't need and will only charge for the work that is done and time it actually takes, unlike some of the big box stealership! I will recommend him to everyone I know simply because he'll take the time to talk to you about your service and will answer your questions. I called him for a qoute on tires (provided brand and sizes) and he called me back with a great price! Best customer service around!

VERY Professional Service, by far the best person in the area to service your Bikes, Quads, Jetskis, ect. Dave (owner) is one of the most trustworthy, honest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He works with pride and will take very good care of you for a honest price.

I brought my 2005 Yamaha R6 to Dave (the owner and mechanic) after contacting him over the phone to inquire about having an inspection done. Dave took his time on the phone to describe the inspection process and also noted his training/certifications with Yamaha/SeaDoo/Suzuki/Honda and others. I brought my bike in and was recommended some service parts and Dave actually showed me the price he pays, and what he would charge me. I got quick, knowledgeable and friendly service. Last note - my last name is Perez. Dave has no issue with Spanish/Latino people.

I hate giving Dave a 5 star review because I don't want him to have too many new customers, I'm selfish. He and his shop is awesome. I refuse to take my bike anywhere else. Please don't use him so it doesn't take as long to get my bike in. He has way too many customers that love his customer experience and service so you shouldn't go here. Please take your issues to the over priced industry service centers that charge you double...I think they give you water bottles

Immediately hung up on me once he realized wasn’t getting my business. Saying if fairings were damaged and not just frame the bike is totaled. Farrings and even a scratched new tank wouldn’t be equivalent to a titled bike. 3 weeks behind and wouldn’t offer to take a look to give an estimate of any mechanical damage. Could have offered an appointment after the holidays instead of just giving me a date or appointment to bring it in. Once I mentioned taking it to another shop which could be for getting them apprised to buy or their timelines of it needing to be specifically. Kawasaki dealership for some of my issues. Immediately hung up instead of negotiating helping me with what he could. Not wishing me some happy holidays, or if there was anything else he might be able to help with. My other bike had issues too. Rude owner and does not deserve your business. Not a community friendly guy as some reviews made it seem. Send shop I called had an even longer delay. Listened to all my concerns and was willing to see it soon but and let me know my options for after the holidays. Definitely more customer friendly and deserves my business. Even with a longer waiting time.

I wish there was a zero. Which is absolutely the amount of help I received. He assumed I was an idiot. He spoke more than he listened and insulted my bike before he could get off the call. Shocked I could only say ok thank you. It amazes me that businesses and people like are still around. If he likes your bike and he approves, then you're in luck. LISTEN closely, though he will find a way to insult you. I also felt funny him diagnosing a more costly repair on the phone? Dishonest!

This man Dave is very in-depth and illustrious background in motorcycle mechanics. Being new to the area looking around for a shop to install some tires for my 17 Kawasaki Zx10r, I was incredibly grateful to have found this man. He did let me know that next time he could have saved me $20 per tire, as well as an additional $10 bucks per tire on install with the tires I selected being the Michelin Power 5’s. I called NextRide about installing my tires and I was damn near mortified when they gave me the estimate. Because I didn’t purchase the tires through them they would charge me their $150 an hour labor charge and both tires it would be 2 hours, that’s also without a warranty. Dave charged me $65 per tire. So before you go to one of these big name establishments for any of your repair needs, give Dave a call, I’m sure happy I did.

Took my '17R6 to Dave. He provided an excellent diagnosis on the bike. Great pricing. My only complaint was that I almost crashed myself on the way home cuz it was running so good. It ran and sounded like it did when it was brand new. And with his extra attention he paid on my braking system, which was beyond why I had the bike there to begin with, he kept me from crashing the thing too! 🤣 all kidding aside though...excellant experience...Quality work done with an air of pride. Wish I could start a petition to keep him from retiring😄.

Dave is flat out the best in the business. He can diagnose and repair anything with a motor and he has the experience to get the job done right the first time. If you’re fortunate enough to be one of his customers you’ll never go anywhere else.

This guy dave had my bike for 8 long months without touching it. He told me that he’s going to drop the engine inorder to replace the timing chain to a “gixxer”? I am pretty sure this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. When I saw my bike after those months, my bike looks like trash. He put my bike outside his garage and let the heat, rain, and rusts destroyed it. The handles were faded and the chains was rusted so bad. Couple weeks before I picked up my bike, he told me that the bike was not running. It supposed to be just the timing chain needed to be fixed. But when I sent my bike to my new mechanic, they found out that the ecu was destroyed from water corrosion and needed to be replace. Now I had two problems instead of one. He could’ve told me that he couldn't fix it, that way I can move on and bring my bike somewhere else. Instead, he holds it for a long time and didn’t even try fixing it. This guy is very unprofessional and unworthy. And he did not even bother returning my $50 deposit. Very disappointed with this guy. Stay away.

Don’t waste the phone. The owner is Not friendly! He is very full of himself not worth the call! Just skip and go on to the next shop you’ll do better I promise He tried to tell me my motorcycle is Chinese made! Without knowing a thing about it! He was a jerk on the phone I can’t imagine doing business with him! He obviously doesn’t know about what I’m calling about! I have a 2002 Ridley: Key details about the company: • Founders: Clay Ridley and his son, Jay Ridley. ® • Founding Year: 1997. ® • Product Focus: American-made motorcycles with automatic transmissions, notable models include the Speedster and Auto-Glide. • • Reason for Closure: The company faced legal issues and financial problems, leading to bankruptcy and the cessation of production in 2009. • Legacy: The company is recognized for introducing automatic transmissions to the motorcycle market, creating a niche for riders who desired a clutch-free experience.

Mr. David did a phenomenal job with servicing and customizing my Iron 883 into a bobber. He is honest, courteous and a true professional! He was always polite on the phone and explained everything in detail before proceeding with additional work. Majority of the parts for my bike came from England. Even though some of the work required extended time, he did not charge me a penny more then I was originally quoted. I appreciate his hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. If you reside in Tampa, and ride; he is the man to go and see.

Great service. Extremely knowledgeable, I can’t say enough about that statement right there. His knowledge goes way beyond motorcycles. The years of experience this man has is incredible. The person himself is great and extremely friendly. You know that your bike is in good hands when you meet the guy. He is our go to moving forward.
