I have a 2020 GMC Sierra and took it to the tire kingdom in Riverview FL 10418 Gibsonton drive due to not starting after only having the truck for 5 months. The staff did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting the correct parts needed to get me back in the drivers seat. JJ the manager and all involved went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and quickly as circumstances allowed. The company should be proud to have a crew like them. Thanks

This is a great full service repair shop for whatever your car needs. They took care of my fuel pump and brake proportioning valve problems. They stand by their parts and service 100%, and even fixed a problem with the fuel pump 8 months later on a warranty parts issue. The master mechanic David is excellent. The whole team does Ultra quality work, professional, friendly, and efficient. They treat you with respect and make you feel valued as a customer. Thanks a million!!

Had an appointment. Brought my Ram into the shop to check the brakes. They pulled it in right away. During walk around found had a nail in tire. Their honesty impressed me the most. The pulled the nail out and there was no leak so no charge for tire repair. They also told me I have fifty percent or more life on the pads remaining. Didn't pressure to buy new pads where other companies would have down played the tires and brakes to get a quick buck. They have earned my business. Ended up getting all tires balanced and rotated and it is handling very smooth again. They were fast too.

After the gentleman at the counter told me over the phone that they could get the tires the next day if I visited the store to pay a deposit, he failed to notice in the system that the tires would actually take three days to arrive—all of the ones they sell in that size. They were helpful and polite, but this shortcoming is what caused me to leave a less-than-perfect review. Please do not take this as a scolding or a vindication, but as an opportunity to take the time to pay attention to minute but important details.

I brought my vehicle with only 2,000 miles to Tire Kingdom for a simple tire patch. What should have been a quick and routine service turned into the worst automotive experience I've ever had. From the moment the technician moved my vehicle, things went downhill. He entered my car with filthy hands and clothing, leaving both front seats stained. As he removed the wheel to patch the tire, I watched him drop it face-down, resulting in severe scratching and denting of the rim. I informed the manager that I expected a replacement, not a repair, since the wheel was brand new. He initially agreed to pay for a professional interior cleaning and to handle the wheel. Thankfully, I had my interior detailed professionally and was able to remove the stains. However, when regional manager Ryan called me, he told me they would only attempt a repair first, and if it didn’t meet expectations, then consider a replacement. This back-and-forth was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since the damage was caused entirely by their technician. When I pushed for a new wheel, Ryan became argumentative, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He told me the Better Business Bureau “wouldn’t do anything” if I filed a complaint. Ultimately, I agreed to have Brandon Honda attempt the wheel repair, but even then, Ryan hesitated over the cost before finally agreeing to cover it. To top it all off, during the tire patch, the technician also reinstalled my tire backwards. Between the damaged wheel, stained interior, incorrectly mounted tire, and unprofessional communication with regional management, I can confidently say I would never return to Tire Kingdom. I especially do not recommend dealing with Ryan, whose handling of the situation made it even worse. Choose another shop and save yourself the headache.

I had a nail in my tire and wanted to get it fixed fast. I called the store and Shawn told me to come on they would get it done. Meanwhile I noticed a PepBoys closer and called them. They said they erre pretty busy and could probably do it, even though they were open for another 3 hours. I liked Shawn's attitude on the phone so I decided to drive farther anyway. They got me in and out in 30 minutes. They were a great bunch of guys! I definitely recommend them!

I have had 3 Teslas in that time and they’ve continued to provide exceptional service. I had a nail emergency in my driver front tire and they took care of me right away. (Edit: JJ the store manager made sure to make things right for me and was very understanding of everything that had happened and made sure he would scold the young tech who caused all these issues) The sales guy Shawn was great and I had no issues with him at all, very friendly and helpful. I Came in for a set of 4 new tires and an alignment, when I got home I noticed that all the tire pressures were different and over inflated and that 3 of my 4 valve stem covers were missing, also at high speed I am getting a lot of vibration so the balancing was not done correctly either.
