When a local mechanic killed my car battery and left me in the lurch, the first place my family said to go for a replacement battery was AutoZone. This location was absolutely fantastic. I lost my receipt, but I believe the name of the associate assisting me was Angelo. He went above and beyond to assist me in selecting my battery, and we had fantastic conversation while he replaced it for me. I will absolutely look to this location for my future auto needs.

I bought a defective air pump bought it back the next day and asked for the same pump I was told that the pump works and if it didn't work in the future to trouble shoot it my self by the store Manager David. Not real sure where AutoZone hires there managers but this guy is a horrible pick for a great company I'll never shop AutoZone again thank you David for your poor customer service skills, your unprofessional ism is one for the books I hope you are retrained and reprimanded for your horrific handling of a return item if you go on your website me David you clearls see that you have a 90 to 30 day return policy. Seems like you make your own rules Mr. David and I was shocked at your handling of the situation. Your a poor excuse for a manager and that shows in your character as well.

I wish there was a way to give a zero for bad customer service. I purchased headlights thinking that was the issue with my vehicle and it turns out it’s not the headlights It’s a whole electrical issue. The same day I purchased them I tried to return them and a gentleman that was at the front register told me I cannot returned an open package I would need to come back to speak with the manager. He told me the managers late night would be Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday went back to speak to the manager David by the way he is extremely rude. When I walked in, I was not greeted. There was nobody at the front register. I looked down an aisle and there he was. He yelled out I’ll be right with you, when I explain the issue to him stated well, unfortunately, we can’t return an open package you’ll need them in the future when a headlight goes out As he was walking away to go back to the aisle I seen him in. He walked back to the front. I started to talk to him, and he totally ignored me and took the next customer that was in line.

Bobbie was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me test my battery and alternator. He found me the best battery for me and educated me about what he was doing, every step of the way. I highly recommend him and appreciate all of his help!

I wish I was able to have great reviews as some others that have posted. However, I came into this location to ask for assistance on how I would be able to remove my current rear view mirror. As I informed the employee, whom I later was informed was the store manager “at this moment”, that I’m unable to locate a video that can provide instructions, he then spoke over me in a yelling tone stating “ I wouldn’t be able to replace it for you”. I informed the employee that his tone was offensive as well as cutting me off was also not taken as decent customer service and that I was not asking for the mirror to be replaced but if any worker within the store was able to let me know if there was a screw needed or based on my mirror type how can I get it down. He then told me I can wait until the rain stopped or leave and come back. I stated I can wait. As I stepped back from the cashier /checkout area, I’m in awe of the way I was spoken too and shaking my head in disbelief. The employee/manager comments “oh now you’re mumbling under your breath”. At that moment I walked out of the store as it seems this must have been a bad day for him as that is not a comment to be made by a customer service representative and unprofessional of him to attempt to initiate a verbal conflict. I will no longer shop at this location due to this.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. I bought a siphon pump on Friday from this store. I already knew I needed this to take some oil out of my car since I overfilled my oil. The package confirmed that it was ideal for oil changes, right on the package. When I got home and opened the package I realized that the tubes provided did not fit the dipstick opening in my car, so I repackaged the product, completely unused, and went to Amazon and bought a kit that had different size tubes. Today, I went to this location to return the unused siphon and I was immediately told no by store manager David J. He wouldn't even touch my receipt or product. I tried to hand them to him and he wouldn't even look at it. He told me I had mangled the product and he wouldn't return it. I asked him how I was supposed to open the package without mangling it since it's one of those plastic packages that never opens without cutting into it. He literally confirmed that there's no way to open it without mangling the package. David proceeded to tell me that as a DIYer I should have watched more YouTube videos before opening the product to make sure that it would work. I told him I did watch YouTube videos which is why I knew I needed a siphon. I even showed him that on the back of the package it says ideal for changing oil. His response was that he didn't write that on the back. Carlos, who felt the need to get involved, proceeded to tell me that I can't change oil from putting a tube in the dipstick opening and siphoning it out. Carlos then tried to explain to me that the siphon is used when draining oil from the bottom of the car. I said that's not even true. If I were changing the oil from the bottom of the car I wouldn't even need a siphon. You just unscrew the drain bolt and let gravity do it's job. The whole reason for needing a siphon is so that I don't have to get up under the car and drain the whole oil pan to take out a small amount of oil. Not to mention that alot of people use only siphons to change their oil instead of getting up under the car and draining the oil pan. I asked David for the customer service number and he told me it was on my receipt. I asked him to help me locate the number on the receipt because I wasn't finding it. He said no. I asked him if he was literally refusing to give a customer the customer care number and his response was that all he knows is that I can look it up online. Another associate Carlos came over and took my receipt acting as if he were going to help me find the number, which was the first time anyone in the store had even looked at my receipt. Carlos told me that the Rewards number acted as customer service. Spoiler: I called that number and it does not in fact act as customer service. Carlos then proceeded to tell me that he is stepping in because he thinks this conversation is insane. I told him I agree. He proceeded to tell me that he thought I had woken up today just wanting to argue with them. I left the store absolutely baffled at the vitriol and poor customer service that I received. I am a fairly intelligent woman who does do alot of car and motorcycle maintenance on my own, and the immediate response that I received from David that I had mangled the product, which is untrue the product is brand new the package is opened, and that as a DIYer I should have watched more YouTube videos without even attempting to help me was so demeaning. David also went on to explain what DIY stood for when I questioned him on his use of this word, which was absolutely astonishing. Stay away from this store, unless you need to know what DIY stands for. David is happy to tell you. I guess I should have brought a man with me to get the respect that I deserved. I will no longer shop here. I will drive a little further to O'Rileys in the future. Hoping Autozone's customer service returns my phone call. All of this over $12. Picture of the mangled product I was trying to return that has lifetime warranty clear on the package. Guess I should have lied and said it broke.

I just spent $3,300 on a used vehicle and it started having some electrical issues. No dash sensors came on but it was not operating properly. Anyway, I took it to Carlos at this Autozone location and in less than 5 minutes, he diagnosed it with a bad battery. Whew, what a relief! I returned with my mom's vehicle a few days later and he let me use the fix finder, printed out the report, and I was once again on my way without having to scratch my head in confusion. This is a great location operated by Carlos and his amazing staff. I highly recommend coming here and doing some preliminary self research before going directly to your mechanic. Thank you!

I have had multiple great experiences shopping here. The staff is really what makes this location the best. I have several vehicles in my family that have various needs from time to time. The staff has all the answers and suggestions I am looking for 100% of the time. The employees have great knowledge of many vehicles and even share in my passion for my muscle car. This helps me make the right choices for my needs. I will continue to shop here regularly and hope others do as well.

I wish I could put a positive review, however my experience here was not great. I am not a car person at all, but I knew I probably needed a new battery. I walked in 2nd in line and when I asked for a battery check and change, they went to check my battery. They sounded confused and like they didn't know how to do their job, her response was “It’s not good.” and I followed her back in, in thoughts of I will get my battery looked up, then changed. However I was skipped and she went to the next person in line without finishing things up with me. I had to wait by the cola machine for 10 minutes before they looked up the battery I needed to get it changed. But once I paid for the battery, they changed the battery of the person behind me and I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I was finally getting my battery changed, the worker had no idea how to even change the battery and had help from another customer. I was there for 1 hour only for a battery change. Overall, bad customer service, the worker was not very nice either.

Awful experience at this place. Had a battery replaced here and while on the road my car wouldn’t start because whoever replaced the battery didn’t do their job and secure the terminals. Calmly told a grumpy individual named “David” my issue, he was rude and had an attitude the entire time. He asked me “why would I drive around like that?”, well David the better question is why aren’t your employees better trained to do their job? 100% would not recommend visiting this location. Shoutout to the gentleman with the longer hair who actually helped me out and fixed the issue, he’s the only reason I’ll give 2 stars instead on 1. Too bad he has to work with David.

Neither a salesperson nor the manager had any knowledge of the product when asked about the real differences in 2 of the blue devil radiator flushes. At least the salesperson was courteous. When I asked the manager to look up the specific antifreeze for my car (I already had one in my hand for jeeps - but I wanted to check as mine wants HOAT) this was his cue to snap back that he could but that it was repetitive and only going to tell me the same thing. I can't even imagine how many more minutes I would last at my job if I did that. He really had no customer service skills - just say whatever you feel like spouting off. Apparently the managerial bar when they hire is not too high.

Very poor customer service.by Carlos . Staff need to prioritize customer service. He was more concerned in training a staff member on the other computer than identifying the customer needs. Next time Advance Auto will be my place to go for car parts need.

This AutoZone is awesome! There are lots of great employees at this location and they’re all really helpful. Bobby has saved me so much money over the last couple of years… Whenever I have questions or I’m not sure what I need to do, he’s always able to help me troubleshoot the problem so I know I’m not wasting my time and money. He’s given me the encouragement and confidence to take on everything my cars have needed from AC repair to head gaskets. Thanks for the great service!
