For most of my life, I have done all of my own repair work on my vehicles because I hadn't found a shop that I trusted and had fair pricing. There is horror story after horror story of people getting gouged by mechanic shops and so I had continued to do my own work. This has recently changed. I started my relationship with Airpark Auto Clinic (AAC) at the beginning of '25 because I asked the guys at Costco Tire if they had a referral for a good alignment shop and they told me about AAC. When I brought my vehicle in, ACC told me they weren't willing to do an alignment because my control arms were bad and if they completed an alignment my tires would continue to go bald because of the bushing being cracked in my control arms. We agreed I would change my control arms (purchased from the dealer because aftermarket wasn't advisable) and I would bring the vehicle in for an alignment after I completed the repair. That positive experience led me to switch where I got my oil changed. I then decided to move all 3 of our vehicles to AAC for any other issues I experienced (Infiniti QX 80, Toyota 4-Runner and Jeep Wrangler). I have been impressed with their continued transparency, honesty and pricing. Unfortunately, this year has been rough on repair work needed. I have had to take all 3 cars back to them for random issues varying from A/C, electrical and suspension. Each time they have worked with me to get my cars up and running. AAC took/takes the time to talk through the options of repair and what they would recommend. Example - I had an issue with a wiring harness. A new harness from the dealer was for the entire vehicle and was priced at $3,000. I didn't need the whole harness and they were able to find the section needed at a salvage yard for $50. We decided to go that route and the car works perfectly. For all of these reason I highly recommend AAC to anyone needing a good mechanic shop for their vehicle(s). Bonus - If you are a Costco member, they provide a discount on repair/service work (oil changes excluded) if you show your membership card.

Although it was not in the area where I live, I chose this shop because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. I received friendly and reliable service and estimates that were incredibly reasonable. My work was performed with integrity and diagnosis for future repairs were explained with NO pressure. I was told to expect a service indicator light to display when its time to make repairs. I am widowed but my husband was a great mechanic. It has been my experience that women are often taken advantage of when car repairs are needed. Mel, Daniel and the Service Providers at Airpark Auto Clinic has earned my TRUST! And, if that is not enough, the owner provides discounts for MILITARY AND COSTCO MEMBERS. What's not to like about this place?

I can't tell you how impressed I am with the results of the work done here at Airpark Auto Clinic in dealing with incredibly receptive and friendly people like Mel. I came to get an oil change and what seemed to be a milestone checkup (180k) that cost me a tad more than what I was initially thinking, but man, what I got in return was almost 100x worth what I paid. I've had this car for over 25 years and this is the first time I ever felt as if I drove it off the showroom floor. The engine purred to the point where I couldn't even realize it was on. Steering tight. Alignment perfected. Road trip worthy again! Why have I waited so long to get this done? I cannot recommend this place enough. Don't wait. Your car will thank you.
