This location has the worst service ever, i highly don't recommend this location at all, i recently bought a car here and while purchasing this car there were few things needed to be done to it and they made promises to get it done, after i bought the car brought it back to get it fixed all of sudden they start playing dumb this is after all agreed, i was very upset after a huge ordeal they told me to brig it Friday so i did, missed work, once i get there then they tell me to bring it Tuesday so i show up Tuesday so the main person i was suppose to bring it to don't remember from Friday conversation regarding the car and so he tells me to explain it to him again, i am thinking are you serious so i did this second time i have to miss work and just waiting to see if there working on the car, save your energy and money i went against my better judgment......i hope you learn from my situation.....and if you decide to go ahead anyways have everything in writing before you sign as a owner of any vehicle they sell you, remember they will promise you the world until you sign your name after that if you don't have anything in writing your on your own...oh by the way i spoke to few people that had the same problems.

I want to airport marina ford because my bluetooth stop bringing my phone calls through it played my music but not my calls they reset everything for free no charge customer service is the best down there they also serve Stevie for you coffee if you can't eat sugar like me lol

I’m so disappointed with Ford I have a 2014 focus it has transmission issues I took it here I waited over a month for an estimate and when I received the estimate it was too high for me I’m not able to afford that at the moment so I decided to pick up my car I called Fiona I let her know that I will be picking up the car she said she would have it ready however when I get there it’s not ready I waited over an hour to get the car she seem bothered she wouldn’t even look at me I don’t understand why she’s not professional I’m not able to afford it and I still paid $185 for an estimate that took too long this is my experience with Ford my advice is not to go here or actually of avoid buying ford just from my experience I’m so disappointed on how long it took and how unprofessional Fiona was my advice to you don’t got here and if you do hope your experience is better than mine I gave one star because I’m not able to give zero

This rating is based on 2 out of the last 4 visits I bought my Explorer here in 2001 so been coming here for 19 years now so I've seen it all, until the last visit, no names but they should be ashamed of themselves for what's been done and said, Friday went in for an oil change and knowing the front Brakes needed repairs and that the ABS light was on and off, he ask the year opened the hood and said well it's probably the ABS Control system and the last one was $2000 and still had problems or a flush and system check $165. To diagnose and no price on a flush, so I called my other mechanic he put it on the machine said sensor is on for the left front within 10 min it needed new Barrings and of course new pads $260 bucks so they lost that sale SECOND Issue last year oil change they didn't filled my window washing resivor so went back they took the truck and filled it with frickin water so again back I had to go so 3 trips to get a basic Oil and fill job! To me they're just doing what it takes to sell me another SUV. ON THE FENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

A good experience. Why , Service Manger , Leonard. Should you have a concern , He will do his best to resolve. In fact, had an oil leak problem. Leonard went out of his way to get a fix. He told me, "I told my technicians, Let's get this done" . Professionalism, integrity and and overwhelming desire to have the customer leave number one satisfied. Thank you, Leonard and staff for resolving this problem. The bottom line remains, I will return. Additionally it is noted, service counselor, Ken Jones played a major part in this process of getting the job done. Thank you ,Again.. Don

Service advisor texted the wrong number that my car was ready so I was sitting here for an extra hour (Over 3 hours total) Would have waited longer had I not got up to ask how much longer since I was only quoted about 2 hours. Too make it worse the advisor made it seem like it was my fault he contacted the wrong number even though he asked me for the best number to reach me at AND I told him I would be waiting there for the vehicle. They were not busy. He could've walked outside and told me himself since I was waiting for my car 20 feet away from his desk.

Excellent experience! Fiona was amazing. I consider my Bullitt my third child and Fiona took care of her as if it were her own. Constantly communicating with me, understanding the value of my time and quite simply going above and beyond to make everything perfect. They had my car 2 days before Thanksgiving and didn't even look at it. So I pick up my car on Thanksgiving Eve. They call me the Monday after Thanksgiving to tell me somebody picked up my car and I told them it was me because you guys are wasting my time which is valuable to me. Me and my fiance Manfred Moore, who played for the Oakland raiders and won a championship ring, bought our SUV there the year we got engaged. So I thought this was a good place. But it is not for service. I would not suggest it for service because they're short staffed and they don't tell you all the truth about how long it's going to take or what the surface journey details might be. My car set for 2 days when I could have been using it.

Took my car for a recall. Was never given a time estimate. After four hours waiting, asked service rep how much longer, he acted surprised that I was there waiting. He returned and said it will take another 3 hours. Returned and received my car until 4 hours instead of 3. Even with an appointment for a simple headlight module replacement, it still took 8 hours.
