A storm blew a branch down that broke my back windshield. AJ was able to replace it with a used (looks like new) windshield for less than half of what the other guys wanted to charge me. AJ showed up to my house on time, knew what he was doing, made my car look good as new, and even swept up and vacuumed any broken glass in and around my car. I would very highly recommend AJ's Auto Glass to anyone that needs glass for their car.

Called on a Wednesday and was given an appointment time for Thursday afternoon. I waited all afternoon, he never showed. When I finally called, he said he could come the next day, but never did that either. Price he quoted was good, but he won't actually come do the work. Not an acceptable way to treat a customer!

If it could be a zero I would rate this person a zero because he lied to me. We set up an appointment to meet twice so he could fix my windshield and he never showed up or bothered to call me. That's very unprofessional. He wasted my time! Where it claims to be his shop is actually an apartment complex???

I read the reviews before calling AJ's and noted 2 or 3 that said he didn't show up and didn't call or text, but I also read 2-3 reviews that said he did good work in a timely manner. So I decided listen to the good reviews and made an appointment for him to come to my house between 10:30 and 11:00. (Time was chosen by him, which was fine with me.). I texted him our address. When he hadn't arrived, called, or texted by 1:00, I texted him, asking if he was still coming. No reply. My husband and I took turns staying home and doing errands so one of us would be here all day, but he never showed up or called. Haven't heard anything today either, so we have made an appointment with another repair service. Very strange. If there weren't previous reviews regarding this same problem, I would think he had had a terrible accident or emergency, this this behavior seems to be a pattern!?
